I moved to the area this past year and found Splash randomly, The service is great, everytime I am always greeted by a smile at the front door and offered a coffee.

Worst

I was very upset after spending $180 to get my hair colored and trimmed at Splash and having my hair turn out exactly how I didnt want it to.

I love going to Splash to get my hair done! Beautiful atmosphere and everyone is so helpful and friendly! The products are all top of the line; Kerestase has literally SAVED my hair from past damage! Ever since Jacqueline has been doing my hair it has been longer and healthier. She does such amazing color and always gets it right on the first try. I've never had a bad experience and I get so many compliments on my subtle and natural ombré! Definitely recommend this salon! more

Got a very very beautiful ombré done a few hours ago and am very impressed with how well it turned out. The staff is very friendly and I had an amazing stylist! I highly recommend Loren Wilson for any hair idea you may have! Definitely worth the money. more

I recently moved to Carmel IN and had to find a hair salon I have been going to a salon that you never really felt that it was a good experience, Until I made a appointment with Tristan (WOW) I learned more about what I really wanted and needed for hair then I ever realized was possible. They treat you very special from the time you walk in until you leave it's a amazing salon and I have found my forever hair salon these people have it together for sure. Tristan is the best!! Love her and she even gave me a hug when I left really sweet! They have so much to look at there you could spend the day for sure. So if you are looking for a awesome salon and a great stylist that really cares what you like this is it all I can say are great things because it has taken me a year and half trying to find the one salon. LOVE IT!!!! Cathy H more

I saw Gina the massage therapist at splash and she is fantastic and gave me the best massage that I have ever had. I have had many massages and have had some awful experiences. Gina has the perfect touch. It isn't too soft and isn't too hard. She is a treatment oriented and focuses on your needs. I definitely recommend her to everyone. more

I first went to Splash to correct a home dye job gone terribly wrong. I was trying to go from blonde to red and it turned out pink! Tristan did such an amazing job and my hair was gorgeous! I have gone back to Splash ever since and every time I go I leave happy and excited and always receive great comments about my hair when I'm out. I always make sure to make my next appointment before I leave because it is such a great place! more

No need to go to NY or CA. If you are looking for a Salon that offers everything to its guests, please give Splash an opportunity to WoW you ! The Salon and attached boutique is aesthetically pleasing to the senses, and their guests are treated like royalty by very knowledgeable professionals. Jacqueline, the owner, is the ultimate designer and has made my experience life changing; her esthetician, Amy has amazing talent in skin care. I have gone to Splash for several years and would recommend this establishment to anyone who takes their hair and skin seriously. Whether it's basic care, color, extensions, facials or peels - you won't be disappointed. more

Anecia has really helped me with my confidence. She gave me a make up lesson along with a new do and I feel a lot better about doing it myself at home. I love the Kevyn Aucoin line that they use. My favorite item i bought was the airbrush liquid foundation. It makes my skin look flawless. more

I drive 2 1/2 hours for Tristan to do my hair. She is informative, talented and friendly. I have been going to her for almost a year now and will continue to make the trip for her talents. I have gotten two Brazilians and have never loved my hair so much. It is so easy to care for now, boating, work, just wash and blow dry. It is always straight, no frizz\r I love the cut, she knows what she is doing. I highly recommend her. more

I've been going to Splash since April and I'm hooked. Tristan does my hair and she's amazing. She's sweet and easily relatable. I'm Brazilian and have thick coarse curly hair and she did my Brazilian blow out and it's absolutely amazing. When I wash it it's straight and takes me maybe 30 minutes to blow dry and straighten. Not only that I came to her with a really bad red color job that I got done at a different salon, she told me red was hard to get out but after only two times coloring it the red is completely gone and I have the prettiest hair color now. I get compliments on it all the time. It's the best color I've ever had. She really takes your opinions into consideration and is always honest with me. She's the best hair dresser I think I've ever had. more

I have been going to splash since April 2013 and Jacqueline the owner has been doing amazing things with my hair. When I first came to the salon I was a little overwhelmed and nervous getting another change to my hair. I am a previous cancer patient and my hair has been damaged and broken for years. I sat in her chair for the first time and she was extremely honest, very creative with her ideas and made me feel very comfortable in her chair. \r She is an amazing, informative and extremely talented when it comes to hair. Her and her salon's professionalism is exceptional and they always do their best to make you feel welcome. I highly recommend anyone to go to Splash you will be extremely pleased. more

Jacqueline is by far the most rude and unprofessional customer service experience I've ever encountered. Do not even bother giving any thought to this salon. Rude, inexperienced, and insulting. My daughter balled her eyes out after this woman insulted her and made her feel ugly on her birthday. I will never step foot in this salon again and I strongly advise the same for others. more

Jacqueline has done my hair for many years. She is an excellent listener and a perfectionist. She is the only one I trust to style and blowout my hair. She always gives 110% and is always trying to better herself and her staff. She is extremely knowledgable on color. I am a blond that doesn't care for gold and she has mastered it! I enjoy her staff and always have a perfect experience. I appreciate her always striving to make me happy and I enjoy being around her. Thank you! more

I had a last-minute hair emergency before an out-of-town event in March. I was referred to Splash by a co-worker, so I gave them a call, doubtful that I'd be able to get in on such short notice. Thankfully, the owner, Jaqueline, took pity on me :) and said she could squeeze me in the next day at 7:30pm (they closed at 8). When I got to Splash, even though they'd all had a looooong day and I was going to keep them there way late, I was warmly welcomed by Jaqueline's assistant, Brittany, and offered something to drink. They made me feel sooo comfortable and I honestly had the best time chatting with both Brittany and Jaqueline!!! Brittany couldn't say enough about how great of hands I was in and really set my mind at ease and built my confidence in Jaqueline! It was my first time there and, as we all know, it's terrifying going to a new stylist! Jaqueline worked wonders on both my color and cut and my hair turned out GORGEOUS!!! I never once felt like either of them were rushing me out of there...even though I kept them there almost 2 hrs after close! I have my second appointment with Jaqueline tomorrow and I can hardly wait to get there! more
