I moved to the area this past year and found Splash randomly, The service is great, everytime I am always greeted by a smile at the front door and offered a coffee.

Worst

I was very upset after spending $180 to get my hair colored and trimmed at Splash and having my hair turn out exactly how I didnt want it to.

I love the salon. It is an experience to go and you really feel pampered. Jacqueline has done my hair for years and I still get compliments on it! The decor is always changing and looks better each time. more

Kiem is an amazing hair stylist! I absolutely loved the hair cut he gave me. The entire experience was amazing and I felt like a princess. The salon is so clean and beautiful, and the staff is very friendly also. I highly recommend this salon! more

Great Salon Experience! 3/11/2011

One of the reasons I chose this salon was due to the many positive reviews. I was concerned when I pulled up for my evening appointment that this salon might be too trendy for me, as I am not 30 something anymore. I had a great experience from the time I was greeted at the reception desk to walking out with a great haircut. more

Finally - a salon I love! 3/4/2011

After finally getting tired of having a bad hair life (I'd love to have had just have a bad hair day now and then instead of it being everyday!) I made an appointment at Splash for a consultation. On the day of my appointment Kelly greeted me and offered me something to drink and was so warm and friendly that I felt right at home. Then I met my stylist, Lacy. She was awesome! She took the time to get to know my hair type and my lifestyle, then suggested a few things to transform my style. The massage chair during my shampoo was soooo wonderful, and Lacy had a great touch at the shampoo bowl. She went to work on my hair and created a style that not only fit my hair type but also my personality! She then treated me to a complimentary upper lip wax. I left the salon totally happy with my cut and style - I can't remember the last time that has happened! Count me as a member of the Splash family now! more

Awesome first time experience! 2/28/2011

I have been through my share of hair salons in Indy from very high end to your regular run of the mill salon. I went to Splash originally to purchase some shampoo and conditioner. They use Kerastase (my favorite!), and its hard to find. They workers at Splash did not know I was also searching for a new salon! From the minute I walked in, I was warmly greeted and felt at ease walking around. Everyone was so fashionable and nice, and it was a very inviting environment. When I left the salon, I had such a great experience I called the next week to book an appointment. I let the front desk know that I was looking for an edgy, sassier look while growing out my hair. Kiem was recommended, and I was book for the next week. When I arrived for my appointment, Kiem sat down with me to really ask what I wanted, he explained how he wanted to style my hair, and made sure that our ideas matched. He was so gentle and GREAT at explaining what he was doing and why. He even showed me how to blow dry my hair at home so I could make it look like his style at home! He is absolutely the best!!!! I will never go anywhere else! more

I have been going to Jacqueline for almost 10 years. From the very first appointment til now she has always given me the best haircut for my features. She gently encourages me to ""come out of my box"" but also listens to my opinion. She has given me a style and cut that takes 10 years off my age and I often receive compliments. Her expertise in color is unmatched! She is always current with the latest products and techniques and carries many lines not seen in most salons. An experience at Splash is like going to a spa. You will be pampered and leave feeling like a million bucks! more

Love my hair by Alissa-Jo 2/2/2011

I have been seeing Alissa-Jo now for a couple years. I trust her exclusively with my hair cuts, color and pedicures. I have long, partially thinning, somewhat graying hair that Alissa-Jo cuts beautifully with disconnected layers. She gives my hair just the right amount of rich color, flair and lift. I love the depth and variation of color she is able to consistently achieve with my hair. Previous to having Alissa-Jo style my hair I never could find a stylist who would listen to me about my hair styling needs. Alissa-Jo patiently listens, counsels and achieves the style I want. She's the sweetest thing to talk to and the girl has the most awesome scalp and foot massage in town! more

Make-up Amazing by Crystal!!!!!!!!! 1/20/2011

Crystal is amazing! She did my wedding make-up and my entire party. She was so great through the whole process. She made feel so comfortable. I never wear make-up and she made it look so natural and flawless. She uses airbrush for wedding make-up and special events. And then she did a make-up lesson with me a couple months after my wedding. It was so much fun. They carry a line called Jane ire dale and I love it!!!!!! Crystal has such a sweet spirit and makes you feel beautiful. She did my best friends wedding last year as well. I have seen her work many times. And everyone loves her. So much more than a ""hair appointment""...Kiem is awesome! 1/19/2011

A client and good friend of mine raved about Spalsh and I loved how her hair looked. I met with Jacqueline for a consultation and she was delightful and gave me great suggestions for my hair. I have very straight, fine hair and have been wearing it the same way for YEARS and I was ready for a change. I scheduled with Kiem and the change was incredible...soft layering around my face and some high and low lights. My hair looks full and has lots of movement and has never felt so healthy! The shampoo chairs will put you to sleep they are so comfortable and Kiem's neck massages are to die for. I have had 3 appointments so far and each one has been a spa like experience. The salon and staff are first class! Thanks again Kiem...I LOVE my hair! more

great hair salon 1/14/2011

I just started seeing Alyssa Jo at Splash about 6 weeks ago and am in love with my experience. My hair looks and feels great and I get tons of compliments. I love how she talks with me to see if what we are thinking about doing will suit my hair type and my daily hair style routine. With the advice she gave me I'm actually putting more time into my hair each day than I have in years and I love it. My cut and color have held up wonderfully and I've just gone back for my second cut and color. Alyssa Jo was wonderful again and the whole staff really made it a great experience. more

Awesome1 1/12/2011

I went to Splash after researching on CitySearch and after my stylist told me I couldn't go back to blonde from red. I was scheduled with Sara and she did an amazing job! She had no trouble getting me back to blonde and giving me a great cut. I have naturally curly hair and often have to go home to fix it before I can show my face in public. Not so with Sara - when she's done, I'm good to go. Highly recommend, you won't be sorry! more

Pampering with Lacy 1/11/2011

I have been coming to see Lacy's at Splash now for several years. I like to do different things, style, color, curly, straight... with my hair. Lacy is great with helping me achieve the look that I want. My color is always amazing, the time at the shampoo bowl is to die for, and I leave the Salon feeling confident and amazing. I drive a great distance to come for my appointment with Lacy and haven't regret it once. Lacy makes you feel special and like you are her most important client, when you are in her chair. Beautiful person inside and out. more

I have my hair colored and cut by Lacy whenever I'm in town and she does a spectacular job. She listened to my fears about having a new stylist and put them all to rest. Nice salon and excellent service from Lacy! more
