Jacqueline is by far the most rude and unprofessional customer service experience I've ever encountered. Do not even bother giving any thought to this salon. Rude, inexperienced, and insulting. My daughter balled her eyes out after this woman insulted her and made her feel ugly on her birthday. I will never step foot in this salon again and I strongly advise the same for others.
