I must say the owner of this business called Splash should not be in business at all. I was recently in Indianapolis for my nieces wedding and had my hair done here. I was early for my appointment, and not knowing what the opening hours were, I asked if it was ok to come in and she was rude to me. I had my hair done by a real sweet girl and it was good but my poor sister who was the Mother of the Bride was just about in tears. Not only did she receive an awful hairdo, not once but twice, she was treated in the worst possible way by the owner, Jacqueline, who should have been bending over backwards to please her. She pulled her hair, wouldn't listen to anything my sister said and refused to be gracious about her terrible hairdos. And to top it off, she texted my niece right as she was getting ready to walk down the aisle, no doubt to try and fluster her and ruin her day. That didn't work but let me tell you this--Jacqueline Belus is one of the rudest , most unprofessional people in the Indianapolis business community and if you don't want to be treated in this manner I would steer clear of her salon, Splash, forever! Take your business to someone who is more caring and less nasty!!
