Review content:
When I moved to the north side I was in desperate need of a new salon, so I did what everyone else in the world does...googled the area! I came up with one or two, so I read the reviews and decided to give Splash a shot. Wow..best decision ever. I called to make my initial appointment, explaining that I have problem hair i.e., other colorist had butchered my hair and it was in desperate need of help and that it tended to do the opposite of what they anticipated. So, they set me an appointment with Jacqueline; who is not only an amazing stylist/colorist/artist, but she is also the owner. During my first visit, she pulled up a chair and talked to me about my hair...what I envisioned, what it had been through, etc. She listened to everything I had to say and then gave me her opinion based on her observations. The overall experience was amazing. This salon doesnt feel like a salon; more like a spa with a killer boutique to boot. Each person pays you individual attention, whether they are styling your hair, giving you a massage, or bringing you something to drink. Overall, it was better than I had ever anticipated. That was over a year ago....I wouldnt dream of going anywhere else.
