Outstanding!!!! Had a water back up problem and rooter was there within 2 hours and had it fixed within 2 hours at a reasonable cost. They also took care of another plumbing problem at a very reasonable rate. The service man was very professional. His name is Lewis and is truly an asset to the company Roto-Rooter. There is no questions about it, if I encounter any plumbing issues, I will be calling Roto Rooter without any hesitation. Thank you for a job well done!!! more

My sump pump went out sometime during the day while we were at work. I got home late at night to a flooded basement. Roto-Rooter was out there with in 2 hours. Fixed the problem so we could have the next company come in to start cleaning the water and damage up. The service guy was very professional and friendly. I would recommend this company again. more

We needed a plumber because we had no water coming out of the hot water side of the upstairs shower. We live in Middletown, and called Roto-Rooter out of Cincinnati. Curtis showed up on time and was a friendly guy. He figured out the problem, and had to go get a cartridge for the shower valve. It turned out to be pretty quick, even with the extra trip, only about 2 hours. He also tried to keep the price pretty reasonable. I will call Roto-Rooter and request Curtis again next time I need a plumber. more

The plumber was very courteous and helpful here in Cincinnati. Explained what and why he was doing what he was in simple layman terms. Also told me about a perventative drain liquid to use in my drains to maybe prevent future problems, that I still have to get. more

thanksgiving 11/29/2010

on thanksgiving day our basement flooded. it was an awful experience because it was raining all day and we had no idea what to do... we feared that no plumber was available because of the holiday, but my friend recommended that i contact roto-rooter. the first time i called, i was advised that someone would come in a few hours, but then i called again and explained that things were getting worse. the operator advised me that someone would be there in an hour... within an hour jimi (27-1292) came and helped us! he was super helpful, friendly and an amazing plumber!!! he stopped the flooding and explained everything to us about what happened. i recommend him and roto-rooter to everyone because it is a very professional company and jimi is the best plumber!!!! more

i noticed my water heater was leaking and grabbed the phone book for a plumber. recognized the roto-rooter name and called asap. within a couple hours the plumber curtis arrived and quickly assessed the problem. he gave me a quote to replace it and then promptly did so. very knowledgable, helpful and curteous. careful not to make a mess when removing old unit. good guy-good plumber. more

My plumber today was Curtis who was dispatched from Roto-Rooter in Cincinnati. I had a sewage backup into my kitchen and needed someone fast. Roto-Rooter called me to confirm the appointment and also called to let me know my plumber was on his way and gave me his name over the phone. Curtis arrived promptly, was conscientious, efficient, polite and explained everything he was doing before and during his work. He did not inflate the bill or suggest extra work that was unnecessary. He gave me tips on how to prevent the problem again and also on how to get rid of the smell that filled my home. I was very pleased with his professionalism and would not hesitate to call him should I need further plumbing work. more

Our plumber today was William. He arrived promptly, explained the problem, and completed the fix promptly and neatly. Gave an estimate before starting and there were no extra costs. He took the time to explain why this plumbing problem is on-going, and what to do to fix it lonng-term. He was polite, well-mannered, well-spoken. If I ever need a plumber again I will call Roto-Rooter and ask for William. more

Water Back Up!!!!! 11/23/2010

We have had issues with our tub not draining and backing up into our other tub. We even started having issues with water going along our base boards in the joining living room. Very stressful!!!! We had a death in the family last Monday and I had taken care of what was needed and thought I would call to see if I could get someone to come out that day since I was already off work. To my surprise she stated she had someone in the area and he could be there in the next few minutes. I could not believe it. Curtis was very polite and let me know the cost up front. I did feel it was high put we had to have it done. He slipped the footies on and off every time he came into the house. He line the tub with newspaper and cleaned up his mess afterwards. We had another leak in the faucet of the tub and he took care of that. I was impressed with the respone time and the extra care he took in cleaning up. I was already stressed out and Roto-Rooter and Curtis was able to ease my mind with our plumbing issue. Thank you! more

What a great job! I called around 12:30 p.m. and by 1:30 p.m. I had not only one plumber, but two working on my clogged pipes. Dave gave me all the details on my work and they had all the parts I needed in their truck and they did the work quickly. Not only that, they gave me a discount! If I need a plumber again, I will definitely call Roto-Rooter Cincinnati. more

Had terrible odor and water coming up through the drain in the basement. Bill Came out and cleaned outside access to the basement and inside to the outside. Too early to tell if it worked. He was very curtious and helpful. He also said had tree roots. We had them 6 years ago for similar problem. Hope this clean out last another six years more

i called roto-rooter of 2125 montana ave ,with a stopped up drain at about 7 pm ,on a wed. night.. Less than an hour later , there was a service twch and a trainee at my door to unstop my drain.. I really \r apreciated the speed and the professional way they went about their bissness..they explained all the problems and then corrected them....They also told me how to stop this from happening again..\r THANKS ROTO_ROOTER more

Roto-Rooter 11/22/2010

Roto-Rooter came and fixed our septic line problem quickly and efficiently. They repaired and replaced the broken pipe with little mess both inside and outside of the house. Fast and curteous 11/20/2010

We had water in our basement ceiling which was coming from our kitchen. The Roto-Rooter tech quickly found the problem and gave us options on the solution. He fixed the issue and gave us the knowledge we needed to move forward. That is the kind of service we have come to expect from Roto-Rooter. more

I called the Roto-Rooter Plumber on 11/17 because of a clogged kitchen drain. When Andy arrived he explained what the problem was and how he was going to take care of it. He brought in the equipment he needed to get the job done. As he was doing the job he was explaining what he was doing. My wife and I was very satisfied with his service.He explained the service guarantee. He also sold us the Roto-Rooter Pipe Shield that is available to keep the drains clean and how to maintain them. Coming home from a day at work only to find a ruptured water heater is not how you plan to spend the evening. Fortunately, Roto-Rooter being a 24/7 company,and a Cincinnati recognized name, was there almost as fast as I could hang up the phone. Their Service Techician #1642 was a compentent plumber as well as fast and friendly. He explained everything as he went, including bringing things to code. I can not say enough how pleased I am with the handling of this situation. more

We had a leaking faucet. The plumber came out the same day, offered all the options and assisted us in making an informed decision. He was very professional, friendly and respectful of our property. The job was completed in an acceptable amount of time and done quite well. There was no pressure to do one option over another. We live in Cincinnati and we opted for him to purchase a new set which he did a very nice job picking out what would go with our bathroom. We were very pleased. more

Quick Fix in Northern Ky 11/16/2010

I had a supply line to my dishwasher spring a leak. Roto-Rooter was very quick to get to me in Edgewood, Kentucky and save the day. From the time I called until wrapup, only 2.5 hours went by. Chuck was great. more
