Roto-Rooter service performed 9/3/2010\r \r We want to express our gratitude to Roto-Rooter for sending out Dave 1642 to our home to solve a drain problem. Dave had repaired a gas leak last year and we were grateful to be able to welcome him back to solve our plumbing problem. Dave was extremely courteous and knowledgable, offering us several options without making us feel pressured. Dave continually explained what and why he was doing each step, making us feel confident throughout the process. As a fifty year old, it is refreshing to see an ""old school"" plumber who takes pride in both his work as well as his custumers. Prompt, professional, and courteous service provided by David Denton at my home in Cincinnati (West Chester). \r I found my water heater leaking late one evening and called Roto-Rooter for 24 hour emergency service. They were there in about one hour to contain the leak. A service call was immediately scheduled for the next day to replace my water heater. Options and recommendations were provided meeting my needs. David, the plumber, worked diligently throughout the next day and well in to the evening to make sure the new system was installed perfectly and fully operational before leaving. The two gentlemen who serviced our house were very professional, explained everything in detail, and fixed the problem in relatively little time. In addition, they went out of their way to explain what we could do (and provided a complimentary product) to prevent the problem for happening again. more

So I bought my new home on June 15th and started moving in in July. Midway through July I got a phone call saying I had to pull four weeks of military duty 4 hours away. My wife and 15 month old little girl had to stay with her mom and handle ALL the moving of our furniture and belongings. I got back on the 13th of August (friday) and the first night I get to stay in my new home with my family, my basement floor drain backs up and creates a huge mess. It was so bad I was pulling my basement ceiling tiles to soak up all the water. I tried fixing it but no luck. The next night It backed up again after i showered. I called a friend and he gave the number to another guy who would give me a ""good deal"". He never called me back. This morning (Tuesday the 17th) I finally reached for the phone book and called Roto Rooter. The plumber was at my house within an hour and had the problem pinpointed immediately. They hooked me up with a KILLER deal on clearing all my pipes and running a camera through the pipes where they found a problem with my neighbors plumbing that was effecting mine. My plumbers name was Sean and I couldnt have gotten a nicer, more experienced plumber. We also talked about getting him into the military to further his career! Sean was very knowledgeable and passionate about his job and showed me everything he was doing and even little things to look out for in the future and how to take better care of my pipes. more

after 4 days of not having a bathroom i finally broke down and called in the pros. the lady that took the inital call was SUPER friendly and recommended that they send a guy out (no commitment) to check it out and give me an estimate. she said it would be within 2 hours. crazy enough the dispatcher called me within 20 minutes to let me know someone was on their way! talk about FAST! when my service guy David arrived he was polite and quick to get to it. he checked the bathroom listened to what i had to say and came up with packages to save money. we went through all the options and he explained everything in detail about what he would be doing. i finally decided what i wanted done and he was getting it done within 10minutes. i mean he had everything with him and just got down to business A/S/A/P! he was done in an hour and a half just as he told me he would be. the only mess that was left behind was the one that was there when he arrived. i was truely blown away by the whole experience. i highly recommend Roto-Rooter to EVERYONE! more

With a recent problem in our basement floor drain we called Roto-rooter and were impressed with their prompt response. They sent a plumber out free of charge to access the problem. This was key to us because we didn't want to break the bank with service charges. He was very thorough before diagnosing our issues. We even were left with an estimate so we could shop around to compare. He came back the same day to fix our drain. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in the Cincinnati/ NKY area. more

Roto-Rooter Plumbers 8/3/10\r \r When our drain backed up, we called Roto-Rooter to come and root out the problem. They sent us two plumbers who not only dug out the root in our pipes, but also made the time to fix several of our other plumbing problems for a very fair price. \r \r Not only did we get our pipes cleared, but we also had them replace both the vanities, fixtures and basins in our home! \r \r The guys they sent were wonderful, very polite, friendly, skilled and most of all they made sure we understood every procedure and cost that was part of that day's service. \r \r If it wasn't already a relief to have a dry floor again, having a number we can trust for regular plumbing work was really one of the best things that could have happened to us while we update our home. more

Woke up to a wonderful surprise this morning: sewage backing up into the laundry room through the drain floor. We tried to call our regular plumbers but they couldn't make it out until the afternoon. We called roto-rooter and they were here in 45 minutes. They were very professional and did a good job of snaking out the drain and plumbing. The guy even called to try to schedule a free appointment to have someone come look in the drain with a camera to try to determine what the issue was. However he couldn't get a hold of the scheduler and promised someone would call us, but no one did. All in all, a bit expensive but worth it for knowing the job was done right. more

I called Roto-Rooter on a Friday night at 8:58 PM. I called other companies but Roto-Rooter was the only compnay where I talked to a "live" person. By 9:35 they had someone at my residence. By 10 the problem was diagonosed and by 10:20 it was resolved. The technician was very professional and very thorough inresolving the problem. \r \r If i have issues again, Roto-Rooter will be called. more

I had a top-of-the line sewer pump installed by Roto-Rooter 18 months ago that malfunctioned. Although the pump was out of warranty, I called Roto-Rooter as water was backing up when I used by washer. Although it took 3 different sets of plumbers to resolve the problem Roto-Rooter were quick to send out different plumbers until the job was done. I would recommend them to neighbors although I wish I had known about the on-line coupons to help defray the cost of the repairs. more
