I found the problem at 8:00 pm , called Roto-Rooter at 8:30 pm and the plumber arrived at 11:15 pm.He had the right equipment and knew just what to do , by 12:30 am the drain was unclogged and everything was cleaned up. Great job! more

Need main line service, scheduled on-line, got email confirmation, and technician showed at scheduled time. Problem was corrected. \r Added value- tech indicated problem was beyond out property line and suggested we call sanitation dept. to check beyond the block. more

On 12-23-10 I requested a plumber for a floor drain problem and a gentleman by the name of Louis responded.I feel he did a excellent job\r and went above normal and also advised how to treat problem. more

My plumber Dave, from Roto-Rooter in Cincinnati was very informative about what was wrong with my toilet. He walked me through the entire process. He told me what needed to be done to fix the problem. Dave told me prices of labor and parts before anything was actually done. He was professional and courteous. He completed the job in a timely manner and I feel confident that it was done right. more

Our Drain in the basement was clogged, which of course, that means water in the basement , no flushing, no using aany water, no washing clothes and dishes, but roto rooter got here in no time and fixed it within 15 minutes!!! Gotta love that!!! Best plumber in Cincinnati!!!!! more

Fast Service 12/16/2010

I needed a plumber to help fix my clogged sink. They were the first people I called. The staff is friendly and arrived at my home at a decent time. They got the work done and now I don't have a clogged sink. Thank you Roto-Rooter! I would recommend Roto-Rooter to all the people in Cincinnati area. Roto-Rooter Plumbers 12/8/10 Date of Service 12/16/2010

A pipe in my kitchen exploded behind the sink area. Roto-Rooter came and replaced the pipe and also installed a new garbage disposal that I had purchased. After moving things around to get to the damaged pipe, they completed their work and left my kitchen spotless, as it had been before. This was my 2nd Roto-Rooter service in 2 days, and I met a different team of folks on this visit. They are friendly and knowledgeable and do a great job. I highly recommend Roto-Rooter on Montana Ave in Cincinnati! more

Another great servcie! 12/16/2010

We found water on our kitchen floor early this morning..it apparently leaked through he ceiling from our upstairs bathroom. We were in a panic and immediately made an online appoint with Roto Rooter. We had used them in the past and they always did a top notch job (in a hurry!!). Chris the plumber arrived as scheduled and worked diligently to identify and fix the problem. He clearly explained what he was doing and why, and answered all our questions. He fixed the leak and saved us tons of money by not having to cut a hole threw the ceiling. We will not hesitate to use Roto Rooter again and will request Chris!! more

This plumber arrived in our Loveland home, just outside of Cincinnati, OH promptly as scheduled. After reviewing our situation, he thoroughly explained the process needed to resolve our clog and all the cost. He then spent time to educate us how to best avoid these problems in the future. more

Roto Rooter was quick and effecient in their dispatch of a technician\r to our residence. We discovered a leak under the bathroom sink late\r on a Friday afternoon. After discovering that all the local plumbers ,\r including the ones which are suppose to have 24 hour service, were not\r available for a week we called Roto Rooter and they were their in an \r hour. The tech arrived and estimated time, labor and parts. He then\r fixed the problem and was gone within the hour. They saved our\r weekend because we were leaving out of town on Saturday morning. more

He solved my clogging problem and fully explained what he was doing each step of the way. I had Roto-Rooter Plumber James Wallace service my main-line on December 7, 2010 after waking up and finding sewage in my basement. When I placed the call, the operator was very friendly and nice. James came out and was extremely professional and courteous. He took the time and explained things even while he was cleaning out the drain. He was magnificant! I had tried to use another plumbing service once, and learned my lesson. I was so unsatisfied I had to get an entire refund. I had used Roto-Rooter before that instance, learned my lesson with using a competitor, and returned to Roto-Rooter again. I will never use another company as I have had great service from you. more

I got great service. Arrived the same day of my call in less than an hour. The service tech explained what he was going to do and found out where my problem was. My tech's name was Dave and I think he did a great job and helped me understand what I needed to do to prevent future problems. This is only me 2nd experience with Roto-Rooter as a home owner and they are great to work with, from the inital phone contact to the finish. more
