Saved bt Rooter-Rooter 1/30/2011

I had a second floor sink & tub clogged.After trying for days to fix it my self I called Rooter-Rooter they showed up within an hour and a half. The old drain pipe was completly clogged and needed to be replaced. The tech was a true pro. He got the old pipe out and the new one in 2 hrs. We were having a severe leak and drain blockage beneath our kitchen sink and I was not successful in fixing the repair myself. Having called on Roto-Rooter in the past, I felt I would get a reliable person at my house to get the issues resolved. My main sump pump had been running non-stop. The plumber came out and installed a new sump pump in less than an hour. Living in Cincinnati good customer service is expected and Roto-Rooter did not let me down! more

I needed a plummer in Cincinnati and called Roto-Rooter and was delighted with the results. I was still in their database from a service call several years ago. And the best news was they would have a technician to call me within an hour. Oops...that was too quick for me as I was about to run an errand. No problem they scheduled me for later in the evening. Eddie arrived as promised, quickly diagnosed and repaired my toilet in less than 30 minutes. more

We had a kitchen sink drain that back up and liquid plumber was just not getting the job done. When I called to schedule an appointment I was surprised to hear that they would be out within the hour. They were on time and we were back up an running within another hour. Great service response time. more

We had a laundry room drain that backed up again. It had backed up on 8/25/10 and the Roto-Rooter plumbers came out to fix it. After he fixed it on 8/25 we thought it was fixed until 5 months later and the same thing happened. The first tech did not give us a warranty and therefore we paid over $200.00 the first time and over $200.00 again for the same problem. I think anything like this should have a 6 month guarantee. The plumber that came this last time to our Cincinnati house was Kenneth and he was very nice and did a good job, but was unable to tell us why the other tech was unable to solve the problem. more

My toilet in guest bathroom wouldn't stop running. The flap would not completely stick at the bottom of the tank, & the floating bulb kept rising above water escaping from loose flap causing tank to keep re-filling. It was a Saturday afternoon & needed someone quick to fix. Roto-Rooter was able to send out a plumber within 2 hours of making call & fixed it within 30 minutes. Great service provided in the Cincinnati/ Northern KY area & will call them for any future plumbing issues more

Problem Solved 1/8/2011

Roto Rooter came out, diagnosed the problem, and fixed it. They did a good job explaining the cause in terms that could be understood and explained preventative maintenance options. The only trouble point was getting them out to the house, we originally had a 1-3 PM appointment and they couldn't come until the evening after back ups in service work that day, so we had to reschedule for another day. more

James Wallace did my service on the main sewer clean out and I was more then pleased with the work he did. He explained the entire process and the problem that I have. He cleaned the sewer and the work area before he left. I will ask for him on any plumbing service I need. I am not exaggerating his world class rating. Cincinnati plumber. more

Roto-Rooter Saved the Day 12/31/2010

I thought I could replace the inner workings of my toilet. I was over my head fast. Unfortunately I didn't discover how bad it was until I had disassembled the whole thing. Reading the directions to the new kit I had purchase at Walmart confused the heck out of me. I simply did not know what to do but raise the white flag. My wife, god bless her, suggested we call the professionals. She called the next morning and Roto-Rooter came out very promptly and did a beautiful job installing all the new hardware to make out toilet work again. I am so grateful. The work was done quickly and very well. We are pleased with the service and results. Thanks Roto-Rooter! more

We had a backed up sewer today, called Roto-Rooter of Cincinnati, and within an hour and a half we had a plumber (James) at our door. James was very informative and professional. He unclogged our sewer in no time and we were back in business. We are extremely satisfied with the service we received today. We feel the price was a little high for less than an hours work. more
