The plumber that came to our house to install two facets and the workings of a toilet, name of David D, was outstanding in performing his work. He explained everything to us and didn't waste a lot of time talking. He worked hard and then also advised us of other things we should be considering to be taken care of in the future. Because of his advice, we added a service which made sense to do after 30 years of living in this home. We thank him for his work and he really went the extra mile to make everything work the way we wanted. Thank you. more

Roto-Rooter Plumbers 9-20-2010 9/22/2010

We just moved into a house in Cincinnati Ohio about 2 years ago and so far we needed a plumber 3 times. After calling around to a few different places, I finally settled on Roto-Rooter. All 3 times they have came to my house on time and they were always professional giving me advice where it was needed. I would always recommend Roto-Rooter to all of my friends and family. more

Roto-Rooter saved the day!!! 9/21/2010

09-21-2010 ..We had a back-up issue in the kitchen and the utility sink in the laundry room. It's very frustrating to find a flood of water in the laundry room and a kitchen sink that would not drain. We immediatly called Roto-Rooter and they had a representative at our home within an hour!!! Chuck was able to repair the problem AND gave us preventative advice to avoid the problem in the future. We also purchased the pipe shield and plan to use it religiously!!! We are extremely pleased with the service, professionalism and dependability of Chuck and Roto-Rooter. We are repeat customers and have always had a great experience. Don't waste your time calling an independent plummer...chances are your call will not be answered and if you do actually get a hold of someone, they might be able to make it out to repair in a few days!!! Call Roto-Rooter!!!! more

Roto-Rooter Plumbers 9-12-10 9/21/2010

I have used the Roto-Rooter plumbing services several times to clean out a perennial tree root clogged drain to the outside. Andy, the gentleman who responded this time around, was thorough, personable, and a clean and safe worker. The clean-out took a bit longer than anticipated but the end product was very good. He suggested some additional service possibilities but did not do a hard sell; good thing since that would have been a big turn off. All in all if you need a plumber in Cincinnati this is a good company with an interest in service. more

I called Roto-Rooter when I needed a plumber in Cincinnati to deal with my root damage to my clay sewer pipes. They were very efficient and used the newest technology to solve my problem without removing my shade tree. They relined the pipes and everything is now clean and flowing freely. more

I thought the Roto Rooter Plumber that came to my house was more than friendly and personable, but most important he did a quick clean job cleaning my main drain. I wouldn't think of having anyone else do my drains more

The Plummer fromCincinnati did an excellent job on clearing the clog in my Kitchen drain. and the cost was very resonable.\r The job did not take long for him to find the issue and knoew just what had to be done to correct thei issue and he did inform me that they sold a product to keep the lines clean. Did not do a hard sell. more

There is no really "good" time to address a big issue like a plumbing problem. Currently I am located in Cincinnati and the plumber I received service from was James. He was not only very professional, courteous, but empathetic. Realizing you are facing the idea of having to replace almost all of the piping, adding lining, and installing the main entry outside was not an easy task to face. James and the rest of the crew that came out to install these pieces were absolutely wonderful with the information they gave via each step and also explaining the benefits of doing something vs. the risks of not. I feel that at the end of the day while the amount of work needed was unfortunate; I got the best value and best service by going through Roto-rooter. That to me is what is key, i feel they did the best job and were the best for this job. Thanks Roto-Rooter! more

This service was from the Montana location in Cincinnati, OH. The plumber who helped look at this issue was James. From the beginning where I called to get service, they dispatched James almost instantly and he was there within an hour. He was sure to communicate at every step what he was doing, seeing, thinking, and advising on the best options and if any risks occurred if non-action was taken. I felt like i was comopletely informed throughout. This was a much bigger job than I had expected as hydro blasting was required to clear out the roots from my tree in the front yard which did enable me to save some costs by going the route of lining part of the pipeline to ensure the plumbing issues did not occur again. Everyone from James to the specially trained technicians that came out to install the pipe, that lining, the main valve install, to the operators working with them... excellent service. I definitely did the right thing calling them. I may not have liked how much went wrong with the plumbing, but they did everything to help give me the best options to fix it and ensure it doesn't happen again. more

unremitting kitchen sink clog 9/9/2010

Tried several home remedies from eco-friendly to mega-Drano to unclog kitchen sink over Labor Day Weekend and finally gave in and called Rotorooter with coupon from Angie's List. I was able to book online for an appointment on Tuesday morning; they emailed to confirm right away, called 20 minutes before arrival, got there right on time, and fixed the problem with a 6-month guarantee. The sink is still running a little slowly, so I may be calling them in to re-auger the clog that has no doubt built up over years from previous owners who did nothing to maintain this house and my own hairy and furry pack of animals using these sinks. It was a team of trainee and trainer, and I was impressed with the training process. more

Called plumber in Cincinnati for sewer backup in basement and Roto-Rooter was there in less than one hour. They got the drain opened quickly, and found a more serious problem with a TV camera down the pipe that had to be taken care of later. Service technican was very knowledgable, experienced, and polite. They have always done a good job for us. more

We had a leak in the shower and my husband thought he could fix it, it turned out to be more than he thought. We tried calling around and found the plumber from Cincinnati could come out that day. Mine you. it was Labor Day Weekend and he was here within 2 hours. He tried to fix the plumbing with the old parts we had, but we soon found we needed new parts. So we went to Home Depot and bought new shower knob ($120.00) plus labor cost($252.00) and replaced it within and hour. Great service and very professional. I will definitely refer this company to all my friends and family. more

Roto-Rooter on Labor Day 9/8/2010

My kitchen sink clogged over Labor Day weekend and I saw that Roto-Rooter at this location has an A rating on Angie's List, has an eco-rating, and a coupon. I was able to schedule online on the evening of Labor Day for a 9 a.m. appointment. I received a confirmation email immediately. The dispatcher called at 8:40 to let me know the roto-rooter crew was on their way, and they arrived exactly at 9. It was a team of trainee and trainer, so I saw how thoroughly the training system is worked out. They fixed the problem quickly and I was impressed with their efficiency. They offered to look at the other drains and gave me some fee-free suggestions for how I could maintain my drains myself. Very helpful, courteous, punctual. more

This morning we were ankle deep in water, not happy to be dealing with plumbing issues on a holiday. But the plumbers arrived, surprisingly very friendly and prompt. They were very informative about our drainage problem, offered recommendations and options. They even pointed us in the direction of a coupon for their service. With an older home, and old pipes, we've had to call our fair share of plumbers in the Cincinnati area, but these were the first to arrive smiling. Would definitely recommend their service. more
