We had a back up of our drainage pipe into our basement on a Sunday morning. We were able to call Roto-Rooter in Cincinnati even on a Sunday and a plumber was at our house by early afternoon to take care of the problem. Our plumber was very courteous and professional. We appreciate the 24/7 service offered in the Cincinnati area. more

Professional service 10/16/2010

Roto-Rooter's excellent staff made a horrible and very expensive problem bearable. Each person I talked to and each person who worked in my home was professional, capable, and sympathetic. It took several days, but the problem has been (apparently!) taken care of. more

Convenient Appointment, Fantastic Service 10/15/2010

Scheduling my appointment online was convenient and easy. I was notified via email that night that my request had been received and was contacted by a customer service representative the next day prior to my appointment. They let me know when the service person would be at my house - and sure enough they were right on time. Tommy was professional, personable, and explained the potential problem with my toilet in an undertstandable way. Better yet, he fixed the problem quickly. more

Rotor-Rooter Plumbers 10-12-10 10/14/2010

Our food disposal was leaking and Rotor-Rooter provided a plumber who replaced it. I was impressed with the promptness of their response to our need. Also, once here the technician gave his advice on another plumbing issue, which I found very helpful. We live in Cincinnati, OH. more

Easy to Understand 10/13/2010

We had a sewage backup in our basement. The Roto-Rooter webpage was very easy to navigate and I found a phone number right away. An appointment was set up for 11 to 1 but due to prior jobs their schedule was pushed back. I was notified immediately of the schedule change and things were explained in a clear manner. When the technician arrived he was very sensitive to my own schedue and worked quickly and efficiently to take care of the sitation. He also explained things very clearly and made sure I was aware of all options before we made any decisions. more

When our food waste disposal began leaking we knew we needed a plumber so we called Rotor-Rooter, one of the major companies in Cincinnati, OH. We were impressed with their quick response. While here the technician also asked if there was any other plumbing need and gave advice on another issue we were concerned with. His advice will save us money in the long run, which we appreciate. more

When our sewer line backed up in our basement I was quickly able to find Roto-Rooters number and scheduled service right away. The technician was professional and explained everything very thoroughly so I could make wise decisions about the treatment. more

Roto-Rooter Plumbers 9/25/10 9/27/2010

Second time in a week that Roto-Rooter Plumbers, Steve, came back to our 60-year-old house to finish snaking out the main pipes in our home (we had drainage problems, clogs, and tree roots). Found a crack in our sewer pipe and recommended a couple of choices to fix it. Steve also fixed our bathroom sink tub and gave us an estimate for the bathtub pipe downstairs. Reminded us to use the Roto-Rooter drain cleaner once a month. Very knowledgeable, trustworthy, kind, patient plumber named Steve N. Feel like he is one of the family. Call RR any time of night or day! What a relief!! Charged what he said he would and it turned out to be a little less than I estimated based on previous plumbers. Highly recommend! more
