Roto-Rooter/ 2125 Montana Ave. Cincinnati 6/1/2011

We live in the Milford area and had tree roots growing inside our sewer line. The plumber (Andy) was able to open the sewer line back up with their high pressure jet water nozzle equipment. Andy also ran a TV camera inside the sewer line and showed us that the root had been eliminated and the water was now able to flow through the pipe again. Being able to see the work done with a TV camera was a big plus. The service time to complete the removable of the root was 2 hours. Andy was very good and explained everything he was doing and what we needed to do in the future. I would recommend Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Drain Service to anyone. Great Job....... more

Outstanding Service Any Hour of the Day 5/27/2011

Our main drained backed up at 10:30 p.m. on a weekday night. I called a local plumber and they quoted $550 to come out that night and unclog the drain. This included $370 for the service and an additional $150 to come out after normal business hours. After receiving this quote I called Roto-Rooter. Not only was there no additional fee to come to our house at 11:30 p.m., the service was only $206 to clear the main drain. The service rep showed up with an hour of my placing the call. He was nice, polite and very knowledgable. He did an outstanding job and was cleaned up and out of the house within one hour. From beginning to end the service was flawless! I would recommend Roto-Rooter to anyone caught in a bind after hours, or any time of the day!! Thanks Roto-Rooter! more

Our plumber was able to fix multiple problems we had in our house, including a garbage disposal, broken tub spout, leaky toilet, and a laundry basin pipe. He was very courteous and efficient. Let's be honest we had a lot problems on many floors of our house. After each job was completed, he would ask us to come and check if the work was to our satisfaction, and he cleaned up after himself. While we had a lot of jobs to be done, we feel it was a little pricey, hence the 4 star rating. more

Very Satisfied with Service 5/12/2011

I had signiicant water backup in my basement drains when I called Roto-Rooter. The customer service representatives were very helpful and friendly when taking my call. I did have to wait a bit beyond the time frame they indicated that someone would arrive, which was the only negative of my experience. The plumber Kenneth arrived at my door and was extremley helpful and kind. He did a very throrough job fixing the problem and took the time to explain to me what the issue was and what he needed to do in order to fix it. The water is now draining properly at my house and Kenneth at Roto-Rooter is now my go-to plumber in Cincinnati! more

Roto-Rooters Plumbers Cincinnati 4/26/2011

During the past week we had a considerable amount of rain and our main line from the house to the street was clogged. We rented a snake for the day from HD and it cleared the line temporary. Roto-Rooter came out the next day and saved our basement from flooding. They cleared the line, now our water is out of the house. our service technician was at the house for over an hour and was polite, clean and neat. We will recommend calling them for any problems you may experience in the future. more

With all the rain we've been seeing this spring our basement, like many others, flooded when water came up from the floor drain. We had already had another company out to work on the drain twice, so we called Roto-Rooter. They came out and worked on the drain problem and even brought a camera out for free to check for breakage. Will was polite, clean and neat. We will call them for any problems we may experience in the future. more

He was friendly, conversational and went above and beyond to do a great job-- both mechanically and cosmetically, which is rare. I highly recommend his service! Homeowner 4/14/2011

When you are without a basic need (bathroom facilities) you reach out to anyone that will help. I made seven calls to get someone to fix my problem. The only operation that answered the call immediately and scheduled a repair person was Roto-Rooter. They were delayed because of other repair jobs, but we were kept aware of progress at the other job several times while waiting. When our repair person arrived he was quick, professional and neat! Great job, reasonable cost and our facilities are working! Mark me as a happy customer more

My bathtub would not drain. After trying several bottle of Draino, I called Roto-Rooter Plumbers in Cincinnati. They were able to come out quickly and unclog my drain. Bill was nice and put up with our new puppy chasing after him every time he came in and out of the house. My drain is working fine and I can once again use that shower. more

Roto-Rooter Plumbers/ NCH- Cincinnati, Ohio Surprised with our main sewer backed up. Dave and Kevin were sent to our house within 1 hour (5:0-0pm) and worked 4 hard hours doing their best to rid of the clog. Unfortunately, they needed to call in the ""big"" rig which came early next morning(upon our request as we didn't want keep the neighbors awake.) Jim showed up and cleared it within an hour. Their camera showed us our problem. They had professional manners along with caring, friendly attitudes. I do hope I never have to go through this"" smelly"" situation again. But in case we do , Roto-Rooter will be called. Thanks again guys! more

I had a basement back up issue that was coming back up through another drain. Not very pretty. I knew I needed a plumber when my hand snake couldn't get through. Who do you call in Cincinnati? Roto Rooter. Chuck did an excellent job, and within a half hour we were all cleared up and a very good price for a Sunday afternoon. more

Roto-Rooter Plumber- Cincinnati Ohio\r \r I had a sewer back up on a Sunday afternoon. The plumber was at my house within 2 hours. Also, no additional service charge for weekend/off hours. Thats what made me decide to call roto-rooter. The plumber was very knowledgable and got my house up and running again. Also, set me up for a camera inspection since he pulled up lots of roots from my main sewer line to the street. Very profession and friendly. Would definately use this company again more

I called Roto-Rooter and they told me someone would be out in two hours. And five minutes later, they called me to tell me a technician would be there in 20-30 minutes! Awesome! The technician was very helpful and I ended up with a brand new installed toilet (this is condensing a VERY long story short) in only a few hours. My technician worked very hard to fix my problem and get my family back with a working bathroom! Very impressed and I would definitely call again (but hopefully not for a while!) more

Root rooter plumbers 3/20/11 3/20/2011

on Sunday 3/20/11 we needed a plumber in the Cincinnati area very badly and didn,t want to take a day off of work for them to come. when I called they said no extra charges for Sunday and would be there in two hours. they came as promised and did a great efficient job. We have a contract with another company and I am considering canceling that contract and changing plumbing companies. I am very happy with the service and costs more

Root rooter. Will 3/20/2011

we had a celebration of our recenlt remolded kitchen last night and was very excited to show it off. At the E end of the night we were cleaning up and the kitchen drain got clogged to where we could not use. On a Sunday morning I called root rooter/will and they said there would be someone there within two hours and would call 30 minutes before hand. They called showed up on time was very professional, clean, friendly and fix our problem. We currently have a contract with another plumbing company and may consider canceling it after our experience with root rooter more

Well Done 3/12/2011

Our basement sewer lift pump was running continously. In spite of the fact that coincidentally,we were experience heavy rains.(and all the demnds that places on plumbing companies) the response from RR was reasonably prompt. Nick W. thouroughly described the options for replacements at different price points and quality of performance levels. He was both knowlegeable and professional. The next day he returned with the replacement, and we were good to go. It was an impressive experience. more

The Roto-Rooter technician was prompt, was able to assess my problem, was able to tell me what he was going to do to correct my problem, and then went about doing just that! He could also tell me how much it was going to cost to get the problem corrected. I would rate the service call five stars.. more
