Roto-Rooter Plumbers, 7/24/2011 7/24/2011

Our service from Roto-Rooter Plumbers in Cincinnati was great! We had to reschedule our appointment for even earlier because our plumbing problems were bigger than anticipated. Roto was able to come out that same morning of our call (and on a Sunday, nonetheless). Our plumber was courteous, quick and thorough, and informative. He explained the multiple problems very well and fixed them all in great time. We will definitely use them again if the need arises! more

Roto Rooter Customer 7/14/2011

July 14, 2011\r I had my septic back up and Roto Rooter came and uncloged my pipes. They plumber was great and very respectful. Tom, the Field Supervisor, was very helpfull in solving the source of my backed up pipes. I am calling them in the future. more

We had a possible root problem and scheduled an appointment on line. Within an hour or so the office contacted us to let us know a repair man would be here in the next 30 minutes.\r \r If you have a plumbing need ask for Steve from the Montana Ave. office. Steve was very pleasant to deal with and very informative. He kept us in the loop every step of the way. He stated the cost up front and even provided some free analysis of our situation. He explained everything he was doing and seemed to genuinely care about our situation. I did not feel like his analysis was for the purpose of drumming up future business but was just good information for us to know for future reference.\r \r We hope to not have to deal with this again anytime soon but will definitely use Roto-Rooter again should the need arise. more

Great Service 7/8/2011

I was greatly dismayed to find back up in my basement. I was pleased that my call to Roto-rooter was promptly answered and they had a tech out within a half hour. Kevin was friendly, informative and really went the extra mile. I did not feel pressured to buy services I could not afford nor may not need. He really went out of his way to explain the process and keep me informed. He was also very cautious with my flooring and to keep the mess to a minimum. more

My kitchen sink backed up this morning and started to leak. I called and root rooter sent Steve out with in an hour and it was fixed within an hour after that. Thanks Steve for prompt professional service! more

I had a clogged drain so I called Roto-Rooter. I was very pleased with the service. They responded within the hour for no additional charge. The tech was friendly, professional and diagnosed the problem quickly. The drains are working great and Nick recommended a preventative treatment to keep the pipes clear and clean. I will definitely call Roto-Rooter again. more

Satisfied Customer 7/1/2011

I have had occasion to use Roto-Rooter twice in the past two months (for different problems). Both times they were prompt, courteous, professional and efficient. I received excellent customer service from both the dispatchers and the representatives that responded to my residence. The prices are a little high, but when you need immediate peace of mind it's worth it. I will continue to utilize them in the future for my plumbing needs. more

Roto-Rooter Plumbers 6-22-11 6/22/2011

When our sump pump burned out at 10:30 pm I called Roto Rooter. It was pouring rain outside and likely the basement would have flooded if I had to wait until morning. Jimi Bonar came in about 1/2 hour from the time I called. He was very professional and did a great job getting the job done quickly. As mentioned, the prices are high, but for an emergency situation, it is nice to have the peace of mind that things are fixed well. more

Jimi Bonar repaired a leak I had near my water softner. He was very professional and did a really good job. I've used RR 2 or 3 times, and always feel their prices are too high. I call them when my normal handy man is out of town or too busy and I have an emergency. There charge was $150 for 45 minutes of labor. My normal repair guy would have costs half that, and does equally good work. So bottom line, good work, lousy price unless you feel plumbers should make as much as lawyers. . more

Great Service! 6/8/2011

We sprung a leak Saturday 6/04/11 behind our shower wall. We called several companies, The first company that arrived appeared to be only concerned with making lots of cash for the work. We sent them away, and Roto-Rooter came in. They were completely the opposite; by explaining all that was required, and were focused on quality work. They completed the work very well, quickly, and at a reasonable cost. I highly recommend Roto-Rooter. Jimi Bonar did the work, and does excedllent work. more

Foundation drain. 6/7/2011

Excellent service! They actually did what they said they would do. The tech was very courteous and customer oriented. Impressive the reaction time. They were able to clean out our foundation drain. It is a bog step in taking care of your water problem. more
