We needed a Tub drain cleaned, and Andy did a very professional job at cleaning out our drain we had been fighting with liquid plumber for months. He was flexible with his fees which I found to be interesting, I didnt know the charges could be negotiated but they were. Roto-Rooter Plumbers - Service date 12/29/11 12/29/2011

Roto-Rooter is the plumbing service I always reach out to, whenever I have the need. The convenience of their on-line service request is great. Last night, close to midnight, I realized I had a toilet issue. I got online and requested service for 11:00 a.m. today. I got a call this morning, confirming the time. The technician showed up on time, was friendly, competent and efficient. That is the type of service I have come to expect from Roto-Rooter. I've never had a negative experience. Their pricing is not 'dirt cheap' but they are reasonable. I highly recommend this company. more

Slow running drain 12/28/2011

I had a slow running drain. Nick showed up within two hours. He gave me useful information about my house drain system and cleaned the slow running drain. I was satisfied with the service although it was a bit pricey. more

I needed a plumber to unclog my sewer drain on a Sunday afternoon after experiencing a back up in my basement. I called Roto-Rooter in the Cincinnati area and they were here within two hours of the incident. Andy, the plumber was very courteous, clean, knowledgeable and efficient. He was able to unclog the main pipe and found tree roots and debris clogging the drain. His expertise helped make a stressful day more bearable and we were able to go about our daily life again. I needed a plumber to help with a window well drainage issue. Upon coming to the house, the representative (NICK) was very upfront about what the issues would be before he even looked at the window well. He explained that he had seen issues like this before and based on our situation even if he performed a cleaning it may not fix the issue. He was very informative and helpful. I requested that he take a look anyway even if it would cost me but not fix the issue. Although the issue was not fixed he offered several ideas from a free solution to quoted solutions (something my husband will appreciate). This Cincinnati based plumber was very helpful! Nightmare--Need Help Fast! 12/14/2011

Nothing like a stopped drain in the bathroom in the middle of the night. A call was placed to Roto Rooter early next morning and someone was out before lunch. Very nice repairman, very efficient service and several suggestions to keep the problem from happening again. With a sick member in the family, we appreciated the speedy service. We've used Roto Rooter several times and always had good results. more

Paul Bates of Roto-Rooter came out and cleaned roots from the sewer pipe to the street. Andrew Staley videoed the pipes and gave an estimate for pipe lining. I thought they were both very thorough plumbers in Cincinnati, Ohio. more

I found that Roto-Rooter has the best in the Cincinnati area when looking for a plumber.\r I called early this morning to fix my kitchen faucet.\r Josh came in so quickly. He had just finished a job around the corner.\r I had to have the faucet fixed or replaced and Josh installed a new one. He also put in shut off valves for the kitchen faucet. The original plumbers never installed them when they built the house.\r Josh was SO AWESOME. My husband loves the new kitchen faucet.\r Thanks so much!!! more

I have found that Roto Rooter will have the best plumber in the Cincinnati area. Josh was so very great! I had a leaky kitchen faucet and no shut off valves for it. Josh came so quickly! He had just finished a job around the corner. Now I have a new kitchen faucet and shut off valves. It was finished before my husband came home. My faucet looks so great!!! My husband is so happy! more

Fast - Efficient! 12/3/2011

We called Roto-Rooter about 10am and by 2pm they were at our door. Had a clogged shower drain that we had snaked oursleves but couldn't break it free. Nick brought in his machine and had it working in 10 minutes. He cleaned up after himself and was careful not to leave water on my bathroom floor. I highly recommend them, if you are having a problem, give them a call! more
