Roto-Rooter Plumbers, Mar. 1, 2012 3/2/2012

Every year or so, we require a plumber to help clear our sewer drain because of tree roots that get in the way and clog everything up. We've usually turned to Roto-Rooter, but one time we went with a competitor for their introductory special. Yesteday, we decided to call that company again (they advertise heavily and have a hall-of fame broadcaster doing some of their ads) but when they got there they wanted my mom and I to pay the full regular $340 rate, so they went packing. Decided to go back to Roto-Rooter, which we've been happy with their service. Not only did they want $100 less, they offered an online coupon for $40. And they sent Andy, who seemed very experienced, and friendly, and worked to make sure everything was done right, and helped to clean the mess. Next time we need the work done (always a pain, right?) we know for sure who to call here in Cincinnati, Ohio. more

Roto-Rooter Plumbers - 3/1/2012 3/1/2012

I was very pleased with our tech, Chris. He was pleasant and very detailed with me. We've had plumbers in the past who were had a ""sales pitch"" approach. Chris took the time to explain the details of the problem and provide physical evidence of the problem. He was able to provide us with a temporary fix through auger (probably spelled it wrong) and walk me through the different options for a long term solution. I will definitely recommend Roto-Rooter because of our experience with Chris. more

Where there is a Will there is a way 2/29/2012

Had such a pleasant experience. My fiance' and myself had both been ill and our tub was clogged so we called Roto-Rooter and they sent out a man by the name of Will that came in and got right to the point to get it fixed so we decided to go aheaed with the fix and he spent 20 nminutes and problem was solved and he cleaned up and when he was done you never knew we had had a problem. I highly recommend Roto-Rooter to any and everyone. Thank you Will with Roto-Rooter more

We had such a great experience with Will Tech# 1886 from Roto-Rooter. My fiance' and myself have both been ill and our tub would not drain so we called Roto-Rooter and they sent out a gentleman by the name of Will and he came in explained the fix required and gave us a moment to decide so we said yes we needed it fixed and in about twenty minutes the water was running in the tub and I went to check and he was cleaning everything up. When he was done we went into the bathroom and it appeared that we had never had a problem. Will was outstanding and promotes Roto-Rooter in a professional manner. I highly recommend Roto-Rooter to everyone. more

Excellent Service! 2/28/2012

My husband and I had outstanding service with Heath! (Tech #) 27-9227). After a gas leak was found on our water heater, our gas and electric company shut off our hot water and told us to call a plumber immediately. We called Roto-Rooter about our problem, and not even 30 minutes later a technician arrived to assess the problem. We made the decision to replace our 12 year old water heater. The very next morning, just as the technician the night before had promised, Heath arrived and quickly got to work. He was very timely and thorough, explaining to us exactly what he was doing as he installed our new water heater. He explained to us about the warranty on his work, the warranty on the water heater itself, and what we should do if any problems were to arise. Overall, calling Roto-Rooter was the best decision we could have made, and we will not hesitate to call them again for our future plumbing needs. I have already referred a couple of my friends to Roto-Rooter for their plumbing issues. This is a great company that stands by their work and serves their customers in a friendly, timely manner. Professional Service 2/28/2012

Roto-Rooter Plumbers were very cordial and professional. They were persistent in diagnosing our toilet backup problem and stuck to it until the job was complete. We were serviced very quickly when we called them. I appreciate that they called before arriving at my door. Louis hall (# 16585147) was exceptional as he thoroughly detailed what he was doing. He even explained that he very much enjoyed working for Roto-Rooter and he was a veteran of 12 years and the company had been very good to him. I enjoyed talking to him very much. more

Fantastic Professionlism 2/15/2012

I was worried when my sewer backed up that it would take weeks to fix since my line had to be dug up and replaced. After they assessed the situation they assured me the repair would take 3 days. Once into the dig they reaccessed and saved me money and no tear up on my driveway and sidewalk was necessary. They were freindly and professional. I would recommed to anyone. more

I always use Roto-Rooter when I am looking for a plumber in Cincinnati. They are reliable, personable, and very very helpful. This is important because plumbing emergencies are usually not calming, relaxing situations. My only complaint is that they gave me a window from 10am-noon and did not appear until 1:40pm. I do understand that these situations are unpredictable, and I did appreciate that they kept me closely informed. I will continue to use them, definitely. more

I always use Roto-Rooter when looking for a plumber in Cincinnati. They are helpful, personable, and provide very reliable good service. This is especially important because plumbing emergencies do not usually leave me in a calm, relaxed state, so I especially appreciate knowing that I can count on them. My only issue is that they gave me a window from 10-noon and did not appear until 1:40PM. I understand that these things are hard to predict, and I have to say that they did keep me closely informed on the phone about the situation. I will continue to use Roto-Rooter, no question! more

Andy was fast, professional, and resolved our plumbing problem. He even had his supervisor come out to offer further options to protect our home in the future. I Have a problem with the line for sometime. We called Roto-Rooter,and they were in a very short time.\r Nick was very helpful,and answered all my questions. the amount of time to get this done was very short.
