Roto-Rooter Plumbers were very cordial and professional. They were persistent in diagnosing our toilet backup problem and stuck to it until the job was complete. We were serviced very quickly when we called them. I appreciate that they called before arriving at my door. Louis hall (# 16585147) was exceptional as he thoroughly detailed what he was doing. He even explained that he very much enjoyed working for Roto-Rooter and he was a veteran of 12 years and the company had been very good to him. I enjoyed talking to him very much.
