Paul arrived on time to fix the leak from the bathroom sink, he was very courteous. He explain everything he had to do. I have to admit he is one of the most polite & courteous plumbers in Cincinnati that I have ever met. He left the area like he found it clean!. more

Good experience with Roto-Rooter 8/14/2012

We called Roto-Rooter to resolve/identify a problem leak. Wil arrived on time, was courteous and professional. We had several plumbers try to find the source of our problem but only Wil succeeded in truly finding the source. He worked hard to clear our drains and overall - provided a great service. While I hope you don't need them, if you do - I recommend Roto-Rooter. more

If you have to..... 8/8/2012

I wasn't happy that I needed them but the experience was positive. Efficient customer service, easy to schedule. Delivered on promised time frame. Chris was friendly, professional and neat. Explained everything and told me about online coupon. I do think they are a bit expensive but 6 month guarantee is good to have. Hoping the solution I bought truly solves my clogged drain problems in the long run. more

Cincinnati, OH Technician (plumber) arrived within an hour of our call. He was professional and thorough with cleaning drain. However, would have preferred he have his own broom to clean area around drain. I think I could have been given a "standard" price over the phone instead of waiting for the technition to arrive and quote. Once he was here, felt limited on options, which I'm guessing is Roto-Rooters marketing strategy. Felt price was a little high ($300.00) which included a gallon of preventative treatment. My initial impression was that the preventative treatment was included in the service. However, after reading other reviews, believe this is $52.00 add on. Overall, Service was very good. However, not happy with the pricing and purchase of the preventative maintenance product. more

Quality Service but not Cheap 7/31/2012

Called hoping to have someone out within the day and got them within the hour. Were able to quickly resolve a clogged basement drain and answer some related questions I had. Service was quick, professional, friendly and effective. I would give 5 stars if not for some pricing concern. They charge a flat rate for their service regardless of how much time is involved and, at least in my case, it seemed a little steep. more

Dark night Rescue!! 7/31/2012

Called late at night for service. Plumber arrived within a half hour. He was VERY pleasant. Had some problem replacing kitchen faucet but finally got the job done. We were happy to get the leaking stopped and the faucet replaced. A bit pricey but would call again if needed. more

Roto-Rooter Plumbers 7-23-2012 7/23/2012

We've been in Cincinnati for 4 years and don't have a plumber we are familiar with so we called Roto-Rooter, hoping for the best. We couldnt have been happier! My husband found a leak coming from the toilet and cut off the water until we could fix it. The guys were here within an hour, but by then my husband was gone, and since the toilet wasn't leaking anymore, it took awhile to realize why. They were patient and persistent until they found the problem. We were paranoid about a few superficial things we thought were issues, so they addressed those as well, and explained in a way I could understand, what was happening. We'll definately call them back for all future issues! more

Good, Polite, and Timely 7/23/2012

Called on a Sunday morning with a basement floor drain backed up. The phone receptionist was very polite, and told me they would have someone out within the hour. We did receive a call shortly after from the service tech who said he was running behind but would call to let us know when he was on the way. Got another call after an hour to let us know he'd be here in the next 30 minutes. We appreciated the phone calls to keep us posted. He snaked the floor drain and after about 20 minutes got the water flowing. Overall very happy with the service. I only gave them a 4 out of 5 for the price. I think $245 for a flat fee for a floor drain clean out is steep, but didn't feel I had much of a choice to argue since I wanted the nasty water out of my basement. more

Roto-Rooter came out to clear a slow drain. The plumber or service technician Kevin, # 3111, did a great job. The Cincinnati, OH office kept me informed on the ETA of the service technician. I was very happy with the services performed. more

I called Roto Rooter when I desperately needed a plumber to manage the water overflow coming from my toilet and shower. The woman on the phone was very nice and informed me that a plumber would be out in the next 45 min. Within 20 min of my call, Chris showed up. Unheard of in Cincinnati, especially right after a huge storm. Chris was great and went above and beyond in the service realm as well as having a much-needed calming effect on me when I had water seeping out of every room in my house. Would go to Roto-Rooter again for any issue I was having, especially if Chris could help me again. more

The office on Montana Ave. is closest to us in Cincinnati and Aaron was here in less than a half an hour. He was honest, professional, and did a great job. He cleaned up the mess from the backed up drain and was very helpful in explaining the situation and how to try to prevent the problem from happening again. more

Our water heater went out Sunday, so Monday mid-morning I googled for help with hot water heater repair, and was surprised to see that Roto-Rooter does that too. I called and they had a couple specialists out who quickly diagnosed the problem, got a replacement part, and installed it, all before a dentist appointment that afternoon. Thanks guys! more
