Review content:
When our sump pump burned out at 10:30 pm I called Roto Rooter. It was pouring rain outside and likely the basement would have flooded if I had to wait until morning. Jimi Bonar came in about 1/2 hour from the time I called. He was very professional and did a great job getting the job done quickly. As mentioned, the prices are high, but for an emergency situation, it is nice to have the peace of mind that things are fixed well.
