If you are looking for a exterminating company look no further. Mr. Pearlman runs a reliable and professional operation that gets the job done. We had a continuous ant problem in my home for years. We previously used one other service that did not resolve our problem. When the ants showed up after the treatment,this other company did not want to hear about it. When I first contacted Positive Pest Management Corporation about a big issue that I had at my property, they came immediately and resolved it. I have continued to use them for rodent and insect control over the last few years and cannot say enough about how good they are. Positive Pest Management Corporation was recommended to us and we use them for bed bug extermination and pest control in 2 buildings that we own. There are 41 units per building, and we use Positive Pest on a case by case basis, depending on which tenants choose to participate in the service. Positive Pest is quick in their response time. If I call them with a request, they are out here within the week. We also have a contract with them, so they come to the building once a month to check things out. Our family is extremely fortunate to stumble upon positive pest. This past summer my entire family was getting bitten and not sure why. We were getting quite desperate and needed a remedy fast. My husband looked on the web and found positive pest, called them up to schedule an appointment. They came for a simple extermination job as we told them we suspected mosquitoes and mites. The exterminator arrived on time and very knowledgeable. He took the time to inspect my apt thoroughly and found bed bugs instead. He walked us through a set of procedures that is needed before the extermination. In hind sight, he could have easily sprayed around the house collected my check, out the door he goes. The entire staff was supportive as I was freaking out since I know how hard it is to rid bed bugs. My calls were always returned and I even received assistance at 9:30 at night with all the questions I had. They are absolutely reliable and I would recommend them to anyone. I also would suggest doing a preventive extermination around the house every three months or so to rid any critters?. Pros: Great Service & Get's job done more

I called Positive Pest completely frustrated with a termite and carpenter ant problem. They came promptly and COMPLETELY removed the problem. It's been a year and I have not seen one ant and the termite problem is fixed. They also cleared carpenter bees from my oil shed. They are always prompt to show up and make sure the job is done!
