This company volunteered their time to help Hurricane Sandy victims, donated materials and sprayed our homes to help stop the mold damage. Just absolutely wonderful and Bennett was personable and helpful! I will recommend them to anyone and everyone! When so many others are out there price gouging and ripping these victims off, THESE are the companies we need to remember and patronize in the future!!! God Bless you!!! Positive Pest 11/26/2012

We had to relocate from our condo due to Hurricane Sandy much to our dismay our new place had bedbugs. I called Positive Pest who sent out a technician that day. The tech Larry was personable and reassuring. I would recommend Positive Pest Management they are a very professional outfit. more

Went above and beyond the call of duty. When I first contacted Positive Pest Management Corporation about a big issue that I had at my property, they came immediately and resolved it. I have continued to use them for rodent and insect control over the last few years and cannot say enough about how good they are. They are meticulous, and the ongoing attention that they provide is very impressive.? My property is part of a parcel that was 2 properties that were separated. When there was an issue with the back property (which I do not have control over) that was affecting my property, Ben was even helpful with that, setting traps and resolving the situation. Too bad there aren't more stars !!! Outstanding, high quality service ... We called Ben early this morning about a mouse problem that we are having. He heard the frustration in our voices and was reassuring. He promised that someone from Positive Pest Management would be at our home later in the day. Within a very short period of time, Rob was at our door and immediately began to assess the problem. He was clear in his explanations and showed us possible entrance ways that the mice could take advantage of. He worked very quickly and efficiently, letting us know exactly what he was doing every step of the way. Ben called us to check on how everything was going. Rob got on the line and outlined what he was seeing. Not more than 15 minutes went by before Ben called us back with the phone number and name of a contractor who he has worked with in the past. I have been in the customer service business for quite some time and I would suggest to Ben that he consider branching out into the service consulting business. Outstanding people providing quality service, all the while showing care and concern for the customer. more

Benett from Positive Pest was extremely responsive at each point of contact. We found his website on a weekend and use the contact form to reach out, explaining our issues. Within an hour we had received a detailed response that put our minds at ease. Larry, from Positive Pest, treated our apartment. He was thorough and friendly. Since the building appears to have a major infestation, we need further services. Positive Pest guarantees its services for 30 days and has been more than happy to return for a follow-up treatment. This organization is knowledgeable, customer-oriented, and prompt in providing information and services. I highly recommend Positive Pest Management. more

The Boys at Positive Pest were great! 7/16/2012

We just moved into a new apartments on the upper westside and the place was infested. We tried some chemicals from the hardware store but to no avail. One call to Positive Pest and the bugs days were numbered. One treatment and the @$#& roaches were gone. I would use Positive Pest again if need be. Sean more

It is hard work for the customer, but proper preparation of the infested apartment is key to getting rid of bed bugs. Positive Pest Management was very clear about the process and followed through every step of the way. They also advised caulking of the apartment after treatment to prevent bugs spreading to other units. I highly recommend them for their professionalism and courtesy. more

SERVICE WAS PROMPT PRICE WAS VERY REASONABLE FOLLOW UP WAS GREAT HAVE HOUSE ON BEACH. ALOT OF FLIES AND BLACK HOUSE ANTS. THEY CAME AND SOLVED ALL MY PROBLEMS QUICKLY AND PROFESSIONALLY. ALSO HAD A LONE MOUSE THAT GOT IN WHEN I WAS ON MY DECK. HES ALSO GONE. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. IVE USED THEM IN THE PAST ALSO. GREAT EXTERMINATOR. THANKS POSITIVE PEST!! more

They helped us with a mice problem 7/11/2012

We live in the East Village, Manhattan, and had some mice activity in our kitchen. Ben was very helpful on the phone, and he sent Larry, who did a great job of clearing away the problem. I learned a lot, actually, and am grateful to Larry for patiently explaining each step, as well as some helpful tips to make sure we don't see any more mice. more

best company I ever done business in this field 7/5/2012

I first got to know Ben Pearlman the owner of Positive Pest control in 1997. I used his service when my house got attacked by Termites. Other companies priced the termite treatment but they were way more expensive and they did not inspire to me quite the same grade of confidence the Ben did. I give him the job and never saw another termite inside or in the vicinity of my house ever again. Ben was very total and meticulous in the execution of his work and he used the most effective and Environmentally safe product on the market and gave me plenty of info about it. After that I have used Positive Pest Management four more times in other properties for different kind of problems and I have being always satisfied with the results, the price, and the promptness and courtesy of the service.I have also recommended Positive Pest to friends and family members who have used the services for both for personal and business needs, and everyone was pleased with Positive Pest Management services. Positive Pest Management his by far the best company I have ever used. more

Very Reliable and Professional. 7/2/2012

I have only used Postive for rodent and water bug control. They have been very effective in cleaning out building of such pests. Also, Positive has people to close up openings which is helpful as not many pest control do not after treatment but there is an additional cost which is fine. I am yet to try their method for bed bug control. more
