Proffessional, Courteous Extermination Service 3/30/2011

On Sunday, March 26, 2011, my bedbug infestation problem finally came to a conclusion. I have been plauged since November 2011 with repeated infestation by the buildings management extermination servive inadequate technique and inability to keep appointments so that the problem could be proerly resolved. Well in steps Postive Pest, with thier proffessional approach and up-to-date equipement and products my months of aggra vation was resolved in practiclly in an instant. Just think, I could have had this level of satisfaction months ago. Donnel ,Positive Pest's Pest Control Extermination Technician informed me about all procedures, equipement and chemicals involved. To Kill a Mouse 3/1/2011

Your exterminator, Antonio, was thorough and meticulous in baiting my studio apartment so that "the mouse would no longer be a presence in the house." Two weeks later, no mouse and a happy customer. Great advice and expertise 2/25/2011

I am a California resident with a very unique pest problem. I contacted Positive Pest for some advice on how to control the problem, as I saw related information on their web site. They got back to me right away and gave me fantastic advice, suggestions and referrals. If I still lived in NYC, I would definitely use them to handle my pest control needs, especially if I had a hard to control problem, as they seem to be very knowledgeable about any issue that mother nature will throw at you. more

Benny the owner of Pest Positive knows how to do buisness. He makes your problems his and helps in every aspect possible. I had an issue with Bed Bugs and Beyond, a fumigator, and even though it wasn't his problem he has been helping me conquer and defeat this issue every day since. I wish there were more people in the business world like Benny. His service were excellent, he was prompt, the process did not take long and his prices are amazing. Benett from Positive Pest called me immediately after we requested his help with a mouse problem to set up an appointment; he was so friendly and comforting when he explained how he and his team would fix the problem, and he was able to send someone over very quickly. His exterminator, Antonio, was incredibly professional, knowledgeable and nice, and explained everything he was doing. Benett also arranged for a contractor to come the very next day to permanently seal any holes and address structural issues. Having a pest in your home is rather unsettling, but Positive Pest made me feel very comfortable, and did a fantastic job of providing prompt and professional services. I definitely recommend using Positive Pest! more

I got this referral from Angie's List. I was called back immediately and given clear information. The appointment was made and the exterminator was even able to come an hour early. He completed the work and filled holes and put poison to stop mice from getting in. He gave advice to my tenant on what else must be done. I was very satisfied with the price and the work done. We called Ben early this morning about a mouse problem that we are having. He heard the frustration in our voices and was reassuring. He promised that someone from Positive Pest Management would be at our home later in the day. Within a very short period of time, Rob was at our door and immediately began to assess the problem. He was clear in his explanations and showed us possible entrance ways that the mice could take advantage of. He worked very quickly and efficiently, letting us know exactly what he was doing every step of the way. Ben called us to check on how everything was going. Rob got on the line and outlined what he was seeing. Not more than 15 minutes went by before Ben called us back with the phone number and name of a contractor who he has worked with in the past. I have been in the customer service business for quite some time and I would suggest to Ben that he consider branching out into the service consulting business. I never encountered bed bugs in my lifetime and hopefully, so far thanks to Bennett, this is the last time I have to deal with the pests! I called other places and found Positive Pest pricing reasonable and the exterminating procedure exceptional. In case you wanted to know, they even listed the types of products to be used. He was concerned about the safety and health of our family, especially our infant son - and suggested simple measures to take to address the pest issue. more
