PPM came on the same day I called them and dealt with the issue very thoroughly. Since them, they came a couple of times for follow-ups and have always shown a high level of responsiveness and attention. Ben is always available and ready to get on with things. Great Service! Affordable Price. 12/21/2011

I just want to say that I was very fortunate to call Positive Pest Management and speak to Ben regarding an issue we had in our attic. After sending a technician immediately after our conversation, we found a dead squirrel in the attic. There were live maggots and flies in between the boards and the technician sprayed and handled the situation successfully. Thank you for understanding my concerns and making an effort to immediately solve our problem. I would highly recommend Positive Pest Management! My worst nightmare began with bedbugs! I was panicked beyond belief and having anxiety attacks. I sent an email to Positive Pest to ask for help and guide me what to do. Bennett called back shortly after and managed to calm me down. I must have sounded like a crazy person but he listened patiently and was able to answer any and every question I had. He was beyond knowledgeable and explained everything in terms I understood. He came up with a plan within my budget and when I was ready he would send his tech right out. When Positive Pests technician Darnell came I could not have asked for a more patient, knowledgeable person and he immediately put me at ease. He was amazingly thorough with every aspect of the job and took care of places I didn't know existed! Everything was neat and orderly when I came home. Darnell you are the best! I can not say enough how grateful I am to Bennett, Darnell and Leah for all of their help. The compassion, integrity, availability and expertise that was offered made a terrible situation much easier. This is the only company I would recommend. positive pest has a 60 day guarantee. we found a bug 45 days into it and they returned. it has only been a week since the last spraying so i can't say for sure that we are bug free at this point. but my overall experience was definitely a positive one thus far. more

Bed Bug Scare 9/15/2011

Recently we had a bed bug scare. A close friend referred us to Positive Pest Management. My friends had been told by another exterminator that they had a bad bed bug infestation and that it would cost $6,000.00 to fix. They called Positive Pests who carefully inspected their home and concluded that they did NOT have any bed bugs at all. Luckily Positive Pests concluded that my home was also bed bug free. The people at this company are Honest, Thorough and exceptionally Responsible and nice. I would recommend them without reservation to anyone who has a problem with pests. more

When my family and I discovered that we had bed bugs, I felt as though my world was caving in. I found Postive Pest through a recommendation from a friend and I could not be more grateful that they were the ones who handled my bed bug problem. If it had not been for Postive Pest - I fear that my bed bug problem would have become my bed bug disaster. With competence, efficiency, compassion, and timely responeses to my many calls and concerns, Postive Pest was on the job ASAP to rectify and eradicate the bug fest that was taking over my home! They analysed the problem and got to the bottom of it to ensure that all bugs were REALLY gone from my house. Amazing Free Help 6/6/2011

I have recently started to experience some sort of infestation in my apartment. There is something biting, itching and creating a crawling sensation on myself and family throughout the day. This started only one week ago and somehow has managed to completely reek havoc on my home and loved ones. After spending hours on the phone and internet I was still at a loss as to what the heck had invaded my home, I did however have ideas. I digress... Today I came across a referal website; providing me with an 800 number where I was able to explain my woes and the company. They took my number and an hour later Benett called from Positive Pest Management. I explained my troubles to him as I have a four month old in my home I am very troubled. Benett was understanding and ready to help. It was then he found I lived in Delaware. Although my location prevented him from making any kind of profit, he was still on the phone pointing me in the right direction. After 15mins of conversation I had the states website and information that would prevent me from being taking advantage of. There really is no way for me to express my gratitude as I am with out help, confused and trying to raise a happy baby. I am now one more step to solving my dilemia. As I manage a sales team of professionals myslef, I really cannot believe I recieved as much useful information out of kindness. I will share the story of the person respondsible for ending my crisis with all (my company will have a few lessons to learn after my experience. more

Good customer service, and pretty fast too! 4/1/2011

I wasn't there when Positive Pest Management was there, but I was told that they used a dog to sniff everything out, and that there were no bedbugs. Compared to all the other company's I've used, they're about the same price wise. I found them on Google, and they had fabulous reviews, so I called them. They took my information, and they called me back pretty quickly. Ben was really helpful with scheduling an appointment for me. In general, their customer service was really good.
