When my family and I discovered that we had bed bugs, I felt as though my world was caving in. I found Postive Pest through a recommendation from a friend and I could not be more grateful that they were the ones who handled my bed bug problem. If it had not been for Postive Pest - I fear that my bed bug problem would have become my bed bug disaster.
With competence, efficiency, compassion, and timely responeses to my many calls and concerns, Postive Pest was on the job ASAP to rectify and eradicate the bug fest that was taking over my home! They analysed the problem and got to the bottom of it to ensure that all bugs were REALLY gone from my house. Postive Pest tracked the source of the bugs and they did not leave the job until they were SURE that the problem was COMPLETELY taken care of. Positive Pest saved my family and my home. I cannot thank them enough.
