I have nothing but good things to say about this company. I live in an attached row house and am quite paranoid about pests moving in. Last winter my cat had taken to hunting waterbugs in my basement and presenting them to me. Being totally grossed out I called Positive Pest. One of the owners called me back and talked me through the problem and the possible solutions that I could implement on my own. Problem solved. Last week I was HORRIFIED to find three roaches in my bathroom. I called Positive Pest on a Friday and they sent a team - Oscar and Rob - first thing Monday morning. They respected my near hysteria and checked my entire house for vermin. Fortunatly, they didn't find much. They then sprayed an organic solution around the perimeter of my house that would eliminate the bugs, but not harm the cat. They made suggestions to help prevent future problems. They were on time, professional, courteous, and considerate. This bug-a-phobe will sleep better tonight. Keeping my house bug free is something I would pay anything for. Had a problem with bedbugs after returning from vacation. We called positive pest and they sent someone over for a inspection and to confirm we had them. He was very informative and gave clear instructions on what to do. We spoke to Bennet on the phone numerous times he was very helpful and patient. He returned all calls promptly. I would recommend positive pest to my friends. We have not had a problem since. more

I am sure most people can identify that when you find a bug that could be a bed bug panic sets in and a quick response is appreciated. I found a big on my bed and captured it in a pill bottle. I called in and they have me clear descriptions of how to kill it and asked me to send a picture so they could figure out who kind of bug it was. 20 minutes later I had an answer that it was a spider beetle. I saved so much money and time because they knew and sent pictures of what I really had in my room. If I ever have another issue I'm calling these guys first thing. I called positive Pest Control for service and Larry appeared at my door, ready and eager to solve my pest problem. He took time to show me and explained to me, why I had the pest problem. He was very patient and took his time in putting down the powder and helping me close up the holes through which the pests were entering the house. Larry engages the customer and gets the customer involved in solving the problem. He is a very good salesman and a very hard worker. He is surely an asset to Positive Pest Control AS long as, Larry is employed with Positive Pest Control. I will refer the company to all my friends. more

the exterminator never gave to my house i called them and then emailed them the picture of the bug-- i was so scared i had bed bugs--cuz i found a bug crawling on me in the middle of the night while i was sleeping-- they reassured me it was a spider beetle-i verified this with three other exterminators--- so i did not have them come to my apartment more

Although the jury is still out as its only been a day since the treatment, I really enjoyed Larry's work as he expalined and informed us about the habits and idiosyncracies of mice. He was extremely thorough and discovered where they were comming in and showed how to plug up the hole as well as lay bait and traps for any mice still hiding out - he assured us a guarantee although I suspect we won't need it. I do not generally write reviews, but this is an exception. Positive Pest was great. I live in a townhouse and after three years of being relatively mice free, I suddenly had a family of mice in my house. I called Positive Pest Control and they responded immediately. Ben walked me through the process and sent a fantastic technician who meticulously went through each room looking for points of entry. He treated the areas, and went through a list of things that I need to address with a contractor. He also made suggestions for how to keep other pests out of my home. I am very appreciative for the responsiveness, service, and level of care. more

Larry, the exterminator, was awesome! He not only gave me an education on mice, he was very thorough in taking care of my problem. If he even thought it could be a possible point of entry, he made sure to seal it up! Even better, he left me with his number and checked back with me after his appointment to see if I had seen any other "critters." Ben and his team at Positive Pest went above and beyond. I've recommended them to a few people in my building and will gladly do so to anyone who needs an exterminator. more

I was flooded real bad after hurricane sandy and had a great deal of mold growing. I tried to clean it up by myself but did not work. Positive Pest Mgmt volunteered their services and treated my house for mold, this company is absolutely wonderful and caring. I will definitely call upon them again should I need anything in the future. more

Had a horrible experience in a cab. Brought some little buggers home from the trunk of the cab I was in. Bennette was very kind and counseled me thru my ordeal. His response was very quick. he sent out Larry who was very professional and told me what he would do to kill the bugs and what I should do. Haven't had a problem since.
