This is the second time that I have had to use Positive Pest, and both times, I have been truly happy with the service. My bugs are gone! And Larry, our technician, was wonderful. He explained everything to me patiently and performed a really thorough job. I never felt rushed and it's clear that this company makes customer satisfaction their absolute priority.
