Larry, the exterminator, was awesome! He not only gave me an education on mice, he was very thorough in taking care of my problem. If he even thought it could be a possible point of entry, he made sure to seal it up!
Even better, he left me with his number and checked back with me after his appointment to see if I had seen any other "critters."
Ben and his team at Positive Pest went above and beyond. I've recommended them to a few people in my building and will gladly do so to anyone who needs an exterminator.
