Heat Treatment for Bed Bugs 7/2/2012

Recently I have used positive pest control for some termite infestation in my home in Douglaston. I was very pleased with the turnaround time, the professionalism and the end result. Bed bug treatment 6/30/2012

We had evidence of bed bugs and call PPM Corp. They immediately came for and inspections, provided me with instructions for preparation before the treatment. The specialist came and treated the apartment and the bed bugs never returned. The services professional was knowledgable and got the job done neatly. more

Trustworthy, Competent, and Reliable 6/29/2012

Positive Pest has given us peace of mind on a couple of occasions where we had to have our home treated for pests. For the past 3 1/2 years I have received nothing but professional and excellent service from positive pest. When I first took over my building in Manhattan we had an infestation of roaches and occasional mice. For the past 3 1/2 years of using positive pest my building is still roach and mice free. The flying ants have not returned 6/29/2012

I used Positive Pest Management around 2 years ago for an infestation of flying ants in and around my basement and basement windows. They came promptly and on time and were very professional. Regarding prices, it's hard to say since they were the only company I called, but they seemed to be quite reasonable and certainly well within the range of what I expected to pay. Best of all, the flying ants have not returned. more

Unethical 5/28/2012

Our building has a contract with them where they come monthly to spray. Last month I showed the guy a bug that I found in the spare bedroom. He did a cursory glance and said it is a bedbug. Before I know it, they contacted the mgmt company and started arranging for spraying immediately. I was ostracized by others, had to take time out of the schedule to arrange another professional to come in to dispute their claims. Even I can tell that this was not a bedbug just by googling! It is unacceptable that ""a professional"" would make such false accusations so they can get the business. more
