I do not generally write reviews, but this is an exception. Positive Pest was great.
I live in a townhouse and after three years of being relatively mice free, I suddenly had a family of mice in my house. I called Positive Pest Control and they responded immediately. Ben walked me through the process and sent a fantastic technician who meticulously went through each room looking for points of entry. He treated the areas, and went through a list of things that I need to address with a contractor. He also made suggestions for how to keep other pests out of my home. I am very appreciative for the responsiveness, service, and level of care.
