Our family is extremely fortunate to stumble upon positive pest. This past summer my entire family was getting bitten and not sure why. We were getting quite desperate and needed a remedy fast. My husband looked on the web and found positive pest, called them up to schedule an appointment. They came for a simple extermination job as we told them we suspected mosquitoes and mites. The exterminator arrived on time and very knowledgeable. He took the time to inspect my apt thoroughly and found bed bugs instead. He walked us through a set of procedures that is needed before the extermination. In hind sight, he could have easily sprayed around the house collected my check, out the door he goes. The entire staff was supportive as I was freaking out since I know how hard it is to rid bed bugs. My calls were always returned and I even received assistance at 9:30 at night with all the questions I had. They are absolutely reliable and I would recommend them to anyone. I also would suggest doing a preventive extermination around the house every three months or so to rid any critters?.
