When I first contacted Positive Pest Management Corporation about a big issue that I had at my property, they came immediately and resolved it. I have continued to use them for rodent and insect control over the last few years and cannot say enough about how good they are. They are meticulous, and the ongoing attention that they provide is very impressive.
My property is part of a parcel that was 2 properties that were separated. When there was an issue with the back property (which I do not have control over) that was affecting my property, Ben was even helpful with that, setting traps and resolving the situation. He did above and beyond what was necessary for my property. I highly recommend Positive Pest Management and would give them higher than 5-star ratings if I could.
