After having a terrible experience the first time I will say this time around was much better. Tyson Thompson, the Parts Manager for Kia there at L.J., called me personally to apologize for the poor service and wanted to make sure that I was taken care of. He was very nice and helpful! He set me up with a time to bring my car back in to fix the problem I was still having. I was given a rental car while this was being done which helped a lot. I was updated this time around about the status of my car and what needed to be done by Eric from the service department. After my car was fixed they cleaned it inside and out. It was great!
The only thing holding me back from giving the 5th star was that I got the car back with a problem that wasn't there when I brought it in. However, I talked with Eric again and they are getting me in this week to take a look at the new issue.
As great as it is to be taken care of it is a little frustrating that this will now be my 3rd time back.
