Just bought a new 2010 MX5, the vechicle is well built, but I received the car with damage on right front wheel cover. The final check up with of the service shop did not mention...

99% of the time they don't treat me like a dumb girl, which is great! Haha...... They are a great bunch of folks who take your concerns seriously. They will work with you to get your car fixed. more

Pretty good service, but.... 7/20/2016

We came up to Kirkland for our service (from Auburn) because they had offered us a mini-detail on the interior of the car due to a previous service mistake, and I had put notes into my reservation explaining such. After arriving at the dealership for this apt last week, there was no mention of the detail happening, but I was ok with it at that point due to the fact we had our schedule change and I really didn't have time to wait for it to be done. But the service advisor didn't even mention it, which surprised me. more

Maza 6 maintenance 7/20/2016

Came in for the air bag recall, and asked them check out some squeaking in the front end, I had just been to another shop 3 weeks prior asking them what was wrong. After doing the complete free inspection, they found the oil leak I had asked the other shop to check only a few weeks earlier, address my front end problem and found yet another leak that had been blowing foul air into the car cabin. The car now drives much better, runs better and isn't blowing oily exhaust air into the cabin. Thank to Scott and Eric for helping me keep my 6 on the road for another 150K! more

Brakes issues for my 2013 Kia Optima SXL 7/20/2016

On July 15th I took my Kia to the shop by Mazda service, (not the one by Kia sales part. After it was done, I was told that I will need to change the brakes (front right and left), soon, they still have some life left, according to the front desk lady. Then yesterday I took my car to the different repair shop, they told me that my front brakes are still very good and in fact, they are better than the back ones! I do not need to change at all, but the fluid is very dirty, just need to change the brakes fluid, that is all. I am disappointed about the unsettled news. please advise! I had a transmission fluid leak, and Tim, the service manager, was awesome to work with. He got my car right in and gave me a detailed explanation of what was wrong and how much it would cost. He kept me informed throughout the process and my car was accurately repaired in a timely manner. Thanks! more

Chevy Service: Brandon 7/19/2016

Brandon handled my new tires and noise in my brake quickly. He got me a good price and was able to get them on the car before we were leaving for a road trip the next day. Brandon even gave me a loaner so we could get all ready for our trip. My husband and I felt better knowing we were safe with new tires. I priced out Costco and the prices were comparable. I couldn't bare thinking about going to Costco to get them rotated. Now I can get them rotated when I get oil changes! We purchased our Tahoe at Lee Johnson and have had all the service done there over the years. more

They were able to get me in for an oil change without much wait and got done faster than expected. The price was comparable to going to a 3rd party place and they were able to replace the battery in my key fob. I was happy with the service and the price. more

Mazda service good / Enterprise rental no one there 7/17/2016

Professional, courteous. Nice to have loaner car with Enterprise but both times in picking up & returning no one was there for much too long, & not clear what to do. more

It was a long day at Lee Johnson's in Kirkland (Kia) and these guys/gals are definitely sales people, but they did everything they could to get my loan approved and to make us feel comfortable. Love our new/used Kia Sportage and hope it's trouble free for a long time because I spent more money than planned! more
