Started out bad... but ended wonderfully. 7/21/2016

I had an appointment at 7:00 AM, should have been the first customer of the day. I showed up a few minutes early and waited patiently for them to open up. After 25 minutes, nobody had unlocked the door, and almost everybody had ignored me. Turns out they were really short staffed and having a rough start to their day. Totally understandable. When I picked up my car, they mentioned that because of the wait they wouldn't be charging me for the service today! Great customer service, and I'll definitely be returning here for my next service. more

I trust this place. 7/21/2016

This is the only place I take my Mazda for service. As a woman, I've never really trusted my car going anywhere, but I do trust it getting work done here. Scott (I think he's the Mazda service manager?) is responsive and explains all the charges and repairs to you, and has good recommendations on what you need to do. They don't push you to get work done before you need it, and you feel like you can trust these guys. I've come back to Lee Johnson Mazda specifically because of everyone's friendliness and Scott's professionalism. more

I have had my Mazda serviced at Lee Johnson's repair department for many years. The price quotes are fair and the work performed is as expected. I also like having OEM parts used in a repair. more
