I had an appointment at 7:00 AM, should have been the first customer of the day. I showed up a few minutes early and waited patiently for them to open up. After 25 minutes, nobody had unlocked the door, and almost everybody had ignored me.
Turns out they were really short staffed and having a rough start to their day. Totally understandable. When I picked up my car, they mentioned that because of the wait they wouldn't be charging me for the service today! Great customer service, and I'll definitely be returning here for my next service.
