Just bought a new 2010 MX5, the vechicle is well built, but I received the car with damage on right front wheel cover. The final check up with of the service shop did not mention...

Very accomodating 8/5/2016

They were willing to squeeze me in on the same day because I was in an emergency with my car when no one else would and they fixed it within 2 hours. They were very nice and the waiting area was nice with refreshments. The cost was very exorbitant. I mean I did pay to have that. But it was good customer service and they were a great team. more

Oil change 8/5/2016

Took my car to the Quick Lube was done in about 15-20 minutes. They had free water and coffee. There was also a espresso and snack bar if you wanted to purchase something else more

We decided to purchase a CX-5 and everyone here went out of their way to make it a pleasurable experience. This is the second car we have bought from Lee Johnson and anticipate we will do it again the next time we are in the market for another car. more

Great Experience but Slow 8/2/2016

My salesman was great (Angelo) but the whole process was quite slow. I was there for about 4.5 hours, the most painful process, the paper work was actually the quickest only taking about 15 mins. I ended up with a great car and it was a no pressure experience. more

The service was fine, but highly irritated by the kid in the waiting room who got a hold of the TV remote and channel surfed for 20 straight minutes. more

Positive buying experience 8/2/2016

We came in well researched on all the CUV options to buy a CX5. Tim Hack happened to be the sales person we got & we were very pleased with him & the buying experience. Tim was able to give us a lot of information based on his personal experience with the CX5 and even showed us his vehicle with the Thule rack and hitch mount. Would recommend. more

I am so in love with my new car! I really appreciate the care I received. Coming into a dealership as a single woman can be very daunting. Mark treated me like one of his daughters and I cannot thank him enough for making me feel comfortable and making the whole process a lot less painful...I have already referred 2 people and when it is time to get another car I will definitely go back to him. more

Lee Johnson Kia service department rocks!! 8/1/2016

Just had my 60,000 mile maintenance performed. They had Saturday hours which was awesome as I can't do it during the week. They were easy to communicate with. They called with any questions when they arose, and they called to say one of my back up lights was out and did I want to do that today and then fixed it in a matter of minutes. They quoted me a time and came in 15 minutes early. They even washed my car for me love that!! Great service. Thanks guys!! more

The service staff is friendly and accommodating. The sales staff even stopped by to say hello. Somehow they remembered my name. I recommend Lee Johnson to everyone and will continue to use them for all of my Auto needs. more
