Unexpectedly high prices 8/14/2016

Took my car in for what I thought was a routine service. $400 later I had a lot more done (at a jaw-droppingly high cost) than I had expected. But I guess that's the "cost of ownership". more

First experience with Mazda servicing 8/13/2016

I purchased the pre-paid maintenance package when I bought my 2016 cx5 in January which helped make my first oil change visit super easy. The process was smooth, timely, and efficient. Scott was friendly and helpful. I had some time to chat with our sales rep, Angelo Ovena, in the show room which was nice. Great guys. more

Trade in for our family upgrade. 8/13/2016

The first time made us return the 2nd time. We were clear with what we wanted, what we had and they provided straightforward options. Across both Kia and Chevrorlet. It was basically all done in 48 hours. We will be back for a third time if necessary. more

Painless Purchase 8/12/2016

I'm a repeat customer of Lee Johnson, and yet again, I'm very pleased with my buying experience. The friendly-no pressure customer service allowed me to review/test drive various models at my pace, without making me feel like I had to make a purchase on the same day. After I made my decision, I signed the paperwork, and was on my way in my new car. more

Mazda 3 8/12/2016

Overall car buying experience was good. One downside - I used an employee car buying program through TrueCar and received a "Guaranteed Saving Certificate" from Lee Johnson Mazda for any in-stock 2016 Mazda 3, but at the dealership had to negotiate with the salesman to get the pricing per the certificate. Not my understanding of how the program is supposed to work! more

Honest, Fast, Easy New Car Purchase 8/12/2016

We visited Lee Johnson Mazda to preview a 2016 CX-9 with no intention of purchsing a new vehicle the same day. The sales manager evaluated our trade-in and worked to put us at the exact payment we said we would need to purchase. We took the trade and drove away with the CX-9. Easy and Fast. more

Dedicated Serv ice 8/12/2016

I had a recall part replacement and another part replacement in the same general location. The service people recommended that I have both parts replaced at the same time to save my labor costs. One of the repair parts had been on order for some time. The parts department was able to find it in existing inventory. I found the service department courteous and helpful. more

Friendliest people and no nonsense 8/11/2016

So impressed with Roby (Robbie) because he was kind, informative, but not pushy. He is super friendly and was such a grest resource to finding the right car for my husband's bday. Frankly everyone that works there was amazing and thorough. I will recommend this place to all my family and friends. They made the process so easy for my husband and I. We purchased a V6 camaro and came back days later to get the V8 and they were so kind and understanding with us. more
