I have owned only Mercedes, Audi, BMW and Lexus my entire adult life. I had become accustomed to the level of service I received when dealing with these businesses. Since the new design of the Optima line up appeared, I had to purchase one. I recently took my car in for service and didn't feel as though i received the type of service a customer should expect. So I reached out the the manager who thank me for notifying him of the mishap. He then promptly rectified the situation WAY beyond what I would consider a correction . I was happy with them just looking to service issue, but when he went beyond the call of duty. I was floored. I not only love the car, but the service department IS there to serve. I know we all mistakes, but when someone admits to a mistake and have a wiliness to learn and correct problems, that's what I call service.
