Outstanding Service! 10/5/2016

I brought my car in for a recall check-up and was initially disappointed that the dealership had run out of the replacement part. (I had an appointment.) But I was more than pleased that while I was there, the service manager, Tim Martin, took the time to test-drive my car and diagnosed a major problem. It turned out the wheel bearing and hub needed to be replaced immediately, and he helped take care of it. He also provided a loaner car during the repair. I am definitely willing to return to this dealership! more

I had a pretty out of the ordinary part i needed to be replaced and Chris really worked with me to not only get it done quickly but also at a very fair price. He communicated with me and the techs to figure out exactly what needed to be done and how to go about it. I really appreciate how well i was treated. The service center was also very nice and clean and the parts area looked good. more

Comfortable car buying experience 10/5/2016

Enjoyed my car buying experience with Lee Johnson Kia. I appreciated the comfort in the whole process. The sales personnel was courteous and made appropriate effort to make me informed of all financials and the vehicle itself. They provided me with lots of details about how the car pricing was determined and what the finance/trade in values were. The amount was much greater than some other dealers I have visited. Never did I feel like I was pushed towards making a deal. I would definitely recommend them to my friends. more

Shou out to Frank 10/5/2016

A big shout out to Frank. He was on a mission to fix the problem Kia Performance could not fix. Great job! My only complaint is that I was under the impression that Kia would be able to fix the problem without my help. I was requested to drive the car a few times to see if the issues was solved. Plus not all the issues were solved. The dashboard is still squeaking because the tech did not have the time to fix it. I did not know I had to bring the car many times to be able to fix all the problems. I wish they could let me know so I could leave the car at the dealership. more
