Was misdirected 8/31/2016

I love the service people. I wish that when they set up my oil change they would have just advised me to go down to the quick lube. When I arrived to check in I was told to go there instead of having a Chevy tech do the job. The quick lube people are quite friendly and did the work fast. more

2006 Kia Optima EX V6 Horible Grinding noise 8/31/2016

I had taken my car into Lee Johnson because I was having horrible grinding noise coming from under the hood. At first I thought this was going to be a expensive fix due to the high miles (170,000+miles) and nothing major has ever been changed out except the belt around 80,000 miles. Lee Johnson called me the follow day to say my car was ready for pick up and most of the work was covered under the extended warranty and my total was only $35.00. Thank you Lee Johnson more

Friendly and Courteous but Understaffed 8/28/2016

I've been to several Mazda dealerships for service. Normally on a Saturday there are at least 2 and often 3 people at the service desk. Here there was only one. He was working his tail off but service was clearly understaffed. What should have been an hour wait for minor routine maintenance took 2 hours and 15 minutes. Scott at the service desk was very helpful and the service appears to have been completed well. more

I really appreciate the time the service people take to explain everything thoroughly. And they ask questions to get a better feel for who I am and what would be best for me. I don't feel they're just trying to collect payment and rush me out the door. more

When I took my car in for its 12-month service, Scott gave me a warm reception and I was in and out in in less than an hour, including a car wash. If the folks in the sales department were as straightforward as the men in the service department, Lee Johnson would be a perfect place to do business. more

Just a recall service repair, handled quickly. Only minor issue is that they called the wrong phone # to let me know they were done, even though i gave it to them that morning. Just a common oversite, no big deal. more
