Just bought a new 2010 MX5, the vechicle is well built, but I received the car with damage on right front wheel cover. The final check up with of the service shop did not mention...

Saturn service 8/26/2016

Servicing went as planned while I waited. I was actually showed 2 areas of concern for future references, not just told. No pressure to fix or repair these items immediately as some other businesses have done. Attitudes of all people I dealt with were very pleasant. Cost for service was quite good. more

Hands down this was the most stress free experience we have had with a dealership. The staff is so friendly and super easy going as well as extremely knowledgeable. Found the perfect car and they presented a great bottom of the line price with no back and forth dickering. Extremely satisfied!! more

Fast oil change! 8/25/2016

I needed to get an oil change and found myself in the area with a little time to spare. I didn't have an appointment scheduled, but was able to use the quick lube service and was in and out in less than 1/2 hour. I feel much more confident using a "quick lube" which is part of Lee Johnson, so it was a great experience all around! more

Jim the service coordinator was a delight. He was careful to explain an additional cost on my bill, which I appreciated. The service is always great and I feel I can trust the service department to take good care of my KIA and me! I had a $20 off coupon that I forgot to use that was sent to me in an email...silly me. Thanks for the great care! more

When buying a car from Lee Johnson it is... your typical car buying experience. Know what to expect going in, know they'll play all the price games a car dealership does, they'll try all the upsales, etc. It is annoying, but that's the car game. THAT SAID - their service department (at their Kia section) has always been top notch. They're proactive, super friendly, don't recommend unneeded work, and my car is always returned to me cleaner than when I left it with them. Definitely would recommend them overall. more

Front office staff 8/25/2016

I've continued to get service done at Mazda because of the service and quick lube office staff -- they are honest and helpful via phone and in person. One person in particular is the gentleman at the Mazda service desk (sits behind the middle desk computer) who is always helpful, answers my questions with a sincere tone. Ive always felt, from the staff, that they are there to ensure I'm taken care of, which is why I continue to go there. more

First car I have had that I take to the dealer. 8/25/2016

It actually is less money for me to take my car to the dealer for an oil change and filter. Plus I don't spend time on my back and I get the tires rotated and my car checked over. Basically I would rather have a latte and read car magazines in their customer service area than lay on my back doing the work myself. All my cars are serviced by Lee Johnson. more

Oil Change Appointment 8/25/2016

Overall service was good but conversations with the service guys was a little odd. I think they need to be more professional especially since everyone in the waiting area can hear what they are saying. Also, this was the fist time I paid for my oil change, having bought my car there two years back & I think I was leveled up to synthetic oil so that I would have to pay. Haven't called to find out but if true that's too bad. They should have asked me ahead of time. If I needed to start paying & I had an option between synthetic & traditional they should have communicated that...it was not. I will call and ask. more

Quick oil change 8/16/2016

Brought in my Acadia for an oil change that was covered as part of a certified used car plan. Couldn't be happier, they got me in real quick and had me on my way in what seemed like 15 minutes. more
