Javier was great and is the reason for the 5 star review. The communication between the sale and finance departments could have been much better. Half-way through the paperwork process, we realized that the finance guy thought we were paying cash for the vehicle when the sales team had previously matched a rate we had with outside financing and convinced us to do financing at the dealership. We also spent a great deal more time at the dealership during the close process than expected. We were under the impression that all the paperwork was going to be ready to go when we got there and this was not the case. Good experience overall, but definitely room for improvement in the close process.
