Purchased washer & dryer set 5/23/2013

Great service and great delivery. Wouldn't have considered going any where else. Had an easy experience picking out the set I wanted. Had it delivered the next week. Very easy to work with. Our delivery man, Richard, was great! In and out very quickly. Gave detailed instructions on how to work them. Very satisfied customer!!! more

Best Deal may not be lowest price but service and delivery is great 5/23/2013

My washing broke after returning home from a family emergency and the laundry was piled up. I picked out a new one with a salesman who was knowledgeable about the various brands and it was delivered the next day. Richard the delivery man was great and got the job done quickly. Overall I think I got good deal but was disappointed to find out that though they guarantee the best deal it's not always the lowest. It's considered the best b/c it comes with the warranty. One machine I looked at was cheaper somewhere else but in order to get that price I would not have gotten the warranty. Either way the machine I bought came in under what it would have cost elsewhere. I would recommend purchasing from them however as far as ease of delivery and set up as well as warranty. Just got the machine so can't really review further than that. more

I bought a stove, refrigerator, washer and dryer. 5/22/2013

Chris and his trainee, John, arrived on time and were very efficient during the install. I appreciate the little details that Chris gave to me during the service call. I will be honest, I was not pleased when they first arrived, a difference in styles. But I have to say, I know I made the right choice in Dick Van Dyke appliances, not just because of the great quality and excellent warranty, but because of the great help you all have. Chris is the best by far!! more

Bought a new dishwasher. They had it in stock and it was installed in under a week. The sales person was helpful and knowledgeable. The installation tech was courteous and careful. Ultimately, I'm am extremely happy with my new dishwasher and my shopping experience. It was sooooo much easier than the larger box stores. more

Replacing washer & dryer went well 5/20/2013

When our 14 year old Frigidaire washer (purchased as a set from DVD in 1998) was pronounced unrepairable by their service department, we bought a new Frigidaire Affinity set. The dryer was still working, but as the upper half of a stackable pair, would not mount atop Frigidaire's new units. The salesperson was quite professional and scheduled our installation promptly. The delivery team was competent and got the new units installed with a minimum of time and fuss. Overall, four stars out of five. I have withheld recommendation status until our rebate is received. The service exceeded my expectations! 5/18/2013

I went into Dick Van Dyke about a week ago with my daughter to look at washer and dryers. Michael explained the applicances to us. He was very knowledgable and was not pushy at all! I trusted his judgement and made my purchase based on what he explained to me. Today, Harold delivered my new washer and dryer. At about 8:30 this morning, he called to let me know he was on his way to deliver my new purchase. About 20 minutes after he arrived and had already taken my old washer and dryer out when the store called to let me know he was on his way! :) When I mentioned to him that he was apparently ahead of schedule he informed me that I was his second delivery of the day! He was very professional and very helpful! He hooked everything up and made sure it worked before he left. If this is the kind of service I can expect, Dick Van Dyke has all of my future applicance purchases! Oh, by the way, I LOVE my new washer and dryer! :) My daughter and son-in-law loved my washer and dryer so much they are going to purchase the exact same ones! I'm sold on Dick Van Dyke!! more

Great service and prices 5/18/2013

Great service and prices. Our sales associate was knowledgeable and wasn't pushy. The greatest surprise was the team who installed our new washer and dryer and then took our old ones to a relative and installed them there. They both were the epitome of wonderful customer service - particularly the older of the two who seemed to be in charge. There is NOTHING they could have done to improve the experience. more

Tight squeeze for our new washer but Richard did an awesome job installing. 5/13/2013

Richard delivered and installed out new washer this morning. It was a tight squeeze from the basement door, down the steps and into the spot. Richard had to take the door off to get it in and muscled that washer down like a pro. There was some difficulty getting the door back on, all on the houses part. But he worked on it and got it to go. He did an incredible, awesome job. Give this man a raise!!!!!! Thanks so much. more
