LG Refrigerator 4/23/2013

I purchased an LG Refrigerator that was not in the store room. They ordered the fridge and I received it quickly and in excellent condition. Chris and Justin delivered and installed the new fridge and hauled away my old one quickly and they did a great job! more

Washer/Dryer 4/22/2013

Lee the salesman was great. This is the second appliance experience with him and both have been great. The office notified us the delivery was on the way. Chris and the other guy(can't read the man's name that Chris wrote down)were professional. They were on time and did a great job to deliver and install the new washer/dryer. Also removal of the old ones. more

GE washer 4/22/2013

Had to buy a new washer when my 20 year old Amana died. Didn't want one with "bell and whistles".....just a basic, large porcelain tub washer. Called the store....Bob spent quite a bit of time telling me of what was available. Washer delivered today....sweet! more

Purchased a new set to replace old ones 4/22/2013

My 6 year old Cabrio died. Jim tried to revive it, but it was gone. He gave us a coupon toward a new one, so we bought a set of GE front loaders. Harold did a fantastic job of delivering them early and efficiently! more

Harold installed our new dishwasher in about 45 minutes. Did a great job, took care to make sure he didn't leave any messes. Would recommend using them again. more

Great sales, delivery and service staff! 4/18/2013

My experience is actually a long story starting with an 8 year old dryer that quit working so I made a call for service. Before the repairman made it to the house, I made a trip to the store, bought a new washer and dryer, cancelled the service call and then had my dryer delivered a day late. However, it didn't fit because of my tight laundry room. So i made another trip to the store and a different salesman helped figure out a way to fit. Received the same dryer (vented differently so it would fit) a day later; however, that dryer would power on but wouldn't start. service tech came out later the same day and i finally have a brand new washer and dryer that works. Even with all the hassles I went through everyone that helped get my appliances delivered and set up were wonderful. Very helpful at getting it done around my schedule. Thanks to Russ, Lee, Harold and Scott for making my experience less painful. more

We needed a new dryer. We bought it on Friday; it was installed on Monday; I am using it on Tuesday. The salesman was helpful--guiding us to dryers that fit our specifications and price range. The young man who delivered it was polite and efficient. This is our third appliance from Dick Van Dyke in less than three years. If the washer "dies" soon, we will return to the Champaign store. more

Washer-Dryer Purchase & Installation 4/13/2013

Bought a Fisher & Paykel washer & dryer. The saleswoman assisting us was very knowledgeable about the products we were considering including complaints we had heard about how some of the high efficiency washers that did not have agitators bunched up the clothes causing them to wrinkle if not removed promptly. The installation and removal of our old washer & dryer was quick and professionally done. We were very pleased with the entire experience. more

Recently purchased a speed queen washer. it was delivered on time, and very professionally. They didn't bang it on my stairs or anything. Will definately recommend. And absolutely recommend speed queen! more

My Speed Queen washer and dryer were delivered and installed on Friday, April 12. I was very pleased with the delivery. Matt Cawley was the installer and he was very polite, did not waste time, and answered all question I had. I am very happy that the appliances were made in the USA and have no foreign language instructions on them. I have already used them and am very pleased. more
