We purchased in December and already compressor has gone out. Waited a week for another one and when tried to install it was not any good either. Now, another week and still waiting for service to get another one in.
Stopped in the store to see our salesman Glen who I had talked to at the end of the first week. He was nice seemed concerned but he was not in today. The salesman today MIKE seemed to care less, to complain he just wanted us to talk to service. Well, service did not talk to us about using them or warrenty the showroon does that.
If store wants to promote how good service is they sure have let us down.
The service tech was fine, they can't work if don't have the part, I am sure it is not his job to get the part.
