Needing a new dishwasher, I went into the DVD showroom as all of our appliances have come from there. I received quick service and walked out with model numbers of a couple of options and prices. I was able to purchase the one I wanted over the phone. Delivery is always a problem as the window of time can be wide. I did appreciate the phone call before delivery, though. Installation went well but installer did not check to make sure the dishwasher drained before he left. Unfortunately, the dishwasher did not drain and a second service person needed to be called...after hours. It was taken care of by the end of the day but it was a long process. After a few phone calls to the service department, DVD did work with us to make sure it was taken care of right away. Considering we have purchased all of our appliances from them, this was just a hiccup that was early remedied. Yes, I will recommend them again.
