Staff in store extremely helpful. Prices competitive. Product choice and quality excellent. Unit delivered and installed damaged. Required reorder and reinstallation....additional damage of dented kickplate and pinched gaskets on DW install, however original dented top problem rectified with second unit. My husband loosened screws and corrected pinched sidewall gaskets.
Service man obviously upset by not knowing details of Stove install, conversion to LP etc. It was his end of day job and he had not anticipated a full conversion to LP on this slide in stove. It was obvious he was upset while he continued to complete the process.
Final outcome is products were well represented and as chosen and I am completely happy with end results.
