I went into Dick Van Dyke about a week ago with my daughter to look at washer and dryers. Michael explained the applicances to us. He was very knowledgable and was not pushy at all! I trusted his judgement and made my purchase based on what he explained to me. Today, Harold delivered my new washer and dryer. At about 8:30 this morning, he called to let me know he was on his way to deliver my new purchase. About 20 minutes after he arrived and had already taken my old washer and dryer out when the store called to let me know he was on his way! :) When I mentioned to him that he was apparently ahead of schedule he informed me that I was his second delivery of the day! He was very professional and very helpful! He hooked everything up and made sure it worked before he left. If this is the kind of service I can expect, Dick Van Dyke has all of my future applicance purchases! Oh, by the way, I LOVE my new washer and dryer! :) My daughter and son-in-law loved my washer and dryer so much they are going to purchase the exact same ones! I'm sold on Dick Van Dyke!!
