Over the 4 week period I spent researching and ultimately purchasing a vehicle, I interacted with no fewer than 6 dealerships. I found Keith Audy (saleman) to be friendly, responsive, timely, open and honest, and genuinely concerned with my experience purchasing a vehicle. I had particular requirements for vehicle features, price was critical to my decision, and a need for customization of my vehicle --- all of which were handled to my highest satisfaction. Excellent Service 8/12/2011

I am a very faithful customer. I never leave unhappy. I've been to other places to get my oil changed with my old car and I've gotten home and leaked oil everywhere because of their carelessness. At Commonwealth Motors they do everything thoroughly. I've never had a problem. A few times I've gone in and I needed a new air filter which I would have never known if they didn't bring it to my attention. They explained why i should get a new one and what the benefits were. Other places would have slapped it on and said ""because it was dirty."" I like when I know what's going on with my car. They really are great. I bought the car I have now from them and I will probably buy the next one from them also. They people are so friendly and so helpful. You feel at home there. more

Great Customer Service 8/10/2011

The Customer Service at Commonwealth Nissan was exception. Every employee was very helpful and always aware when someone needed something. In the time span of 15 minutes, while I was waiting for my car to be ready, I was approached by 4 different employees asking if I needed help with anything. I love my car, it fits my every need. The staff really helped me pick it and I would recommend them to anyone. more

Excellent Car Buying Experience 8/7/2011

After shopping around at different dealerships and not enjoying the way I was being treated, I decided to try Commonwealth Motors after hearing an advertisement about them on the radio. I wish I had heard about them before I wasted my time at other dealerships! Commonwealth was great! I was looking at purchasing my first car, and I knew exactly what I wanted. Lamar was there to take me on a test drive, answer any questions I had, and walk me through the car buying process. He listened to everything I had to say, and helped me get the best deal. I couldn't be any happier. Not only do I love my new car, but I love the experience I had purchasing one! Not too many people can say that! I would definitely recommend Commonwealth Motors to anyone who is looking for a place with good, old-fashioned customer service and the best prices around! more

Great Service 8/3/2011

We went to Commonwealth Kia dealer to look at the Sonata/ We were downgrading from a huge SUV and wanted to go smaller or with a sedan. Keith was out to assist us immediately and was a pleasure to talk with. Not your average car salesman. Keith listened to everything we had to say and answered the question truthfully and fairly. After a short periodof test driving and talking we decided to get the KIA Optima SX Turbo. Wow what a car. You can't find all of these features on a car for the price we were given at Commonwealth. You have to ask for Keith. Everything was taken care of as promised and we are a happy customer. We will recommend them for all of our friends and family. Tell them we sent you! A FEW MONTHS LATER.................... Well we already bought a new Optima a few months back and we loved it and the sales associate Keith so much we decided to by a KIA Sorento. Let me tell you Keith is a great guy. He answered all of our questions and got the price we needed to buy the new Sorento. If you need a KIA please go see Keith at commonwealth. Car Buying Experience 7/28/2011

The deal received was within the price range we had set for ourselves. The sales people listened to what we were looking for and could not have have been any more accomodating. Markino was ""genuine"" in our discussion and he made you feel at ease. Ask for him whenm you need to buy your next car. It is worth the trip. more

I had leased a Honda Civic from Commonwealth Motors 3 years ago and because of the superior professionalism of saleman John Thompson and my satification with the vehicle I decided to return to Commonwealth this summer to lease a new vehicle. This time around both John Thompson and salesman Jeff Donahue both worked with my wife and me to lease a Honda Accord. Like Thompson, Jeff Donahue was a superior professional, a gentleman, and very friendly to work with. My wife and I also worked with managers Andre Willis and John Murray. Both Willis and Murray worked hard with the Honda Finance Corporation to develop a lease agreement that my wife and I could afford and were very happy with. I would highly recommend Commonwealth Motors to anyone as a result of the two very positive experiences I have had leasing a Honda Civic and now Honda Accord. more

great customer service 7/23/2011

We really love having this place down the street so when we went looking to replace our 10 year old Honda Odyssey (also purchased new at Commonwealth) we made it a point to purchase from one of their dealerships all conveniently located right off of route 495. As I found the Honda Pilot a bit large, I decided to walk across the street to their KIA building. I was more curious than anything as I really couldn't imagine myself being happy with a KIA after driving a Honda for so long but the new Sorento really caught my eye. I didn't feel comfortable about the brand until I'd done a lot of research and neeedless to say the sales guys there were more than gracious with my request for more than one test drive (I took three including one to my garage!). By the time I actually found the vehicle I wanted, the place felt even more like family. Ivan L. went out of the way to make sure I felt like I got a great deal. He even filled up the tank! I will add that this model, especially the v6 AWD, was flying off the showroom floor. We even had to cancel one test drive as the vehicle was literally sold out from under us! Even with this type of demand, we got a great deal. more

excellent service with a smile 7/20/2011

This was my first service experience at Commonwealth and i couldn't have gone smoother.I stopped in on my lunch hour for an oil change and tire rotation and was out in time to make it back to work.The technician even told me that i had a headlight out and a taillight out which i was unaware of, he also warned me that my serpentine belt was fraying and that i should have it replaced soon. I even got to catch the end of a pretty good movie in the waiting room.I would definately return again. more

10/31/2011 Today, my wife asked me to take our Honda CR-V to Commonwealth Motors, because the brake light came on a few times over the last few days. She was concerned because her Honda CR-V is the car she used to take our children to school each day. We were so happy to learn that the problem could be easily fixed, and that it could be fixed quickly too, just as we waited! I went to buy a car this weekend and was shocked at how easy the experience was!!!! I was nervous in the beginning but Ainsley made the process very easy and comfortable for me. I love my nissan altima. I was excited that they were able to get me into the car that I wanted for a price that I wanted!!! The delivery of the car was super easy. Ainsley went over everything in the car with me. Synced my blue tooth for me. Showed me where everything was. more

I never feel like I am being scammed at commonwealth honda. I get sent coupons periodically that are good for oil changes, tires, rotations, etc. Everything is priced fairly, the service is excellent and fast. I wouldn't go anywhere else! Highly recommended! more

I love my new KIA Sorento 6/26/2011

I purchased the kia sorento lx on 6/11/11. I absolutely love the vehicle. I did all my research and looked at other brands and got so much more from the kia, nothing else even came close. The warranties are also amazing on it. My husband and I had been loyal vw owners for the past 20 years & a total of 5 vw. I dealt with Ivan, who was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, & courteous. The delivery of the car was the best delivery experience , he went over every feature in detail, checked over the car thoroughly with me and synced my blue tooth phone for me. Full tank of gas. I would recommend to a friend and already have. She ordered one yesterday. more
