Great Customer Care 1/31/2012

We recently purchased our new car at Common Wealth Motors. We were greeted by a professional sales person Steve, who thoroughly answered all of are questions. We did sit down with him and were given a price for the vehicle with no pressure to purchase immediately and no annoying calls after we left. When we finally decided to buy, we went back to them and purchased the vehicle. Steve took the time to go over every features of the car and also set up my phone to the cars system. This is our second vehicle purchase from Common Wealth Motors and we came back because of the service we received the 1st time around. more

Best place to buy an auto in New England! 1/31/2012

We recently purchased our new car at Commonwealth Motors. We were greeted by a professional sales person who did not pressure us and encouraged us to walk around and check out the Kia Sorrento's. We did our homework and research before going to the dealer and were very satisfied with the price. This is our second vehicle purchase from Commonwealth Motors and we came back because of the service and reputation we received the 1st time around. We were also impressed with the follow up from the entire sales staff, including Ms. Daher (one of the owners), who called to make sure we were completely satisfied! more

Excellent Service! 1/29/2012

We recently bought our Honda CRV at Commonwealth Motors back in October 2011 and this was the first time we brought the car in for routine maintenance and we were thouroughly impressed! Both my husband and I work during the week so their Saturday hours are key and we were in and out in a flash. The free coffee, cookies, and movie that plays on their large plasma tv while you are waiting is a real bonus! We would definitely recommend this dealership for sales and service. more

My wife and I returned to Commonwealth Honda for our second lease. Commonwealth Motors provided a great deal for us. In our first experience 3 years ago, we felt that a genuine attempt was made to build a friendly and trusting relationship with us. As returning customers they not only built on that foundation but were even more flexible with us. They received our previous Honda Civic lease early, forgave some dings in the car and provided a new 2012 Honda Civic lease with more technology and internal space for an affordable price. If you live in the general Lawrence area and are looking for a Honda, our experience was that you will not only find a good deal with less sales pressure but also build for a good future relationship. We dealt with a saleman named Vladmir Lopez; ask for him...he's great! more

Awesome 1/22/2012

I purchased my new Nissan Altima 3.5 SR 3 weeks ago at Commonwealth Nissan in Lawrence Ma. The Sales person Lamar and the Sales Manager Bobby Barry was very patient with me as I could not make up my mind on what car I wanted to purchase. I finally decided on the Altima. We worked on a great deal which included the trade in on my car. They made this all happen for me in a few days. I went there to get prices and compare with other dealerships but after the great treatment and great deal they offered me I did not bother going anywhere else. more

If you are looking for a root canal experience Commonwealth 1/14/2012

I bought a new car from Commonwealth Honda recently. The reason I bought from them was the high volume of positive reviews they received on several websites which probably derives from the fact that Commonwealth Honda pays $50 dollars for positive reviews received from their customers. After I bought the car the salesmen gave me a pink card with all the web sites I should go to post a review and for positive reviews I would get $50 dollars. I decided to waive the $50 and let you all know about my real experience with Commonwealth Honda: My experience dealing with Commonwealth Honda was similar to a root canal. The salesmen as well as the general sales manager treated me like nuisance reminding me that they were not making any money from the model of Honda I was buying. They ripped me off on my trade-in (compared to Kelly BB and Edmund?s) and they gave me a hard time even on the color of the car. A few days after I bought the car a 6 inch crack appeared in the windshield of the car due to a manufacturing defect. I went back to Commonwealth Honda where I was met with hostility by the Commonwealth Honda service department representative who refused to replace the windshield. If you are looking for a root canal experience Commonwealth Honda is the place to go. I personally do not recommend this place to anyone. Honda is not what it used to be. more

great experience at commonwelath honda! 1/2/2012

I had a very positive experience with Commonwealth Honda on my recent purchase of a 2012 Honda CRV EX. Our sales person, Chris Drew, greeted us outside(even though it was very chilly that day) and was very easy going and informative. He was happy to show and explain to us every car from 2009 pre certified CRVs to the new 2012 and never pressured us into something we did not feel comfortable. The financing process took a little longer than we would have liked, but the end result was a great interest rate so it was definitely worth it. Would definitely recommend Commonwealth Honda and salesperson Chris Drew. more

I had the best experiednce I ever had purchasing a vehicle. Keith Audey was professional, knowlegeable., answered all my concerns and is very customer oriented. Also, the Finance and Dept. Fair Price and Excellent Service 12/16/2011

They have an excellent customer service and all my doubts or questions were answered. Above all the price was fair. I decided to by an new Odyssey and enjoying my van for 5months. The buying process was very easy and completed same day. I went to lot of other dealer before buying from them but found this dealer very customer friendly. I also did lot of research on price and got a very fair price from them. I will recommend going to this Commonwealth Honda. Happy to be part of them. more

Commonwealth Nissan - Great Service 12/3/2011

From the moment I drove in I was pleased with the service. The wait was minimal and the attendant took care of me almost instantly. The waiting area was comfortable and clean. The car was well inspected and I was told of possible things that would need to be taken care of. I will definitely come here again. more
