Did exactly what we the customer wanted---superb!\r \r So often you go to a dealer and they tell you what they think you need. They do not tend to listen to what you want. We went into Nissan and met with Daniel the Flying Hawaiian. He listened to us and gave us exactly what we wanted. He was extremely friendly 'and walked us through each step painlessly. He did not waste out time. Excellent. Then we got great rates for financing as we were not interested in the financing through Nissan, yet this dealership went through other places more

I have been to a lot of dealerships looking for the best deals and I always got blindsided by hidden fees and random numbers. When went to Commonwealth Nissan it was the exact opposite. I told my salesman Kevin upfront exactly what I wanted and he got it for me, simple as that. It was quick and easy with no BS. I was upfront with him about what I expected and he delivered with no hassle or fuss. more

My recent Commonwealth experience went flawlessly from beginning to end. Salesman John Thompson was a true gentleman and a class act. He knew his stuff, but never gave opinions or advice unless asked. I purchased my 2004 CRV from Commonwealth and was extremely happy with the service it received from 2004 to the present time. I fully expect that the service on my new CRV will be just as excellent. For this incredible past service, I especially thank Jim Taylor, Service Manager, and his Assistant, Tish Sampson. I cannot rate Commonwealth high enough on the 1-5 scale, and if there was a ""10"", rating, it would go to Commonwealth and all its employees that I have had the pleasure to work with these past 10 years. more

I recently purchased a Kia Optima from Commonwealth Motors in Lawrence Ma and was very pleased with the very knowledgeable sales staff as well as all the other members of the team that I had the pleasure to come into contact with . Peter Decosta is a bright , young, energetic individual who is always willing to assist the customer to the very best of his ability. Shaun Berryman was able to assist me with working out the best scenarios so that the entire purchasing process was favorable for me and the budget I had set. Hiram ( and I wish I could recall his last name ) was also a key figure in helping to close the deal so things were in my favor. All together they make up a brilliant staff of individuals who are devoted to their careers and willing to stay after hours if necessary. I had previously gone to another local dealership and am still having issues with my deposit return from them, I should have listened to friends and family and shopped Commonwealth last ! I jost purchased a used 2011 equinox. Chris Drew from Commonweatlh chev was very knowledgeable on this car. I was looking for a car that had extra leg room in the front and behind the driver. This car has that and more. Was very happy on our choose. Glad we went there. The people are very friendly. Would go back there when it is time for another car. more

04/01/14\r I was a day late on my state inspection sticker so I popped into Commonwealth hoping for a quick turnaround before I left for work. Jorge Crespo took care of me, performed the service quickly, and delivered my car to me ahead of schedule.\r \r 02/17/14\r This was my big ticket service. I have a 2007 Pilot (84k miles) and the timing belt was due. First break was a $125 discount coupon on this service that was emailed to me by Commonwealth Honda. Second break was Buddy Bernard; he got my job completed by 3pm for a service that generally takes the entire day.\r \r 12/23/13\r A quick visit. I requested a price for new spark plugs (next visit or two) and got my oil change card punched for both this visit and my previous visit (forgot my card that time). After five oil changes, the 6th one is free.\r \r 09/27/13\r Went for my Express Service oil change and also received a timing belt replacement estimate. As you know, it's a pricey job, so Susan wanted to get me thinking about it for the future. No pressure applied and she reminded me to watch for periodic emails and online coupons to defer some of the cost more
