I was currently leasing a 2011 Altima that was expiring in August. I enjoyed the Altima but really wanted to upgrade to a Maxima and wanted to see what options they had available for me moving into a new lease or possibly financing a used vehicle. I worked with Ben Brighi and had a very straight forward enjoyable experience. They had the exact car that I wanted on the lot and after test driving it I knew the exact features and color I wanted my Maxima in. I then left the dealership and did my homework. Eventually, I ended up coming back and starting a new lease on a 2014 Maxima. Thing is a beauty and I was very satisfied with the overall sales experience. Highly recommended. more

Recently purchased a 2014 Honda Accord EX-L. I test drove both the Honda CRV & Accord. Loved them both. But because I do not need to replace my 2002 Honda Accord, I did not buy one last fall. I kept thinking about how nice the new cars were since I test drove them, so I went back last week. I asked for the same salesman, Ainsley, because he was very nice in the fall and was not persistent / insistent for me to purchase a car. He also said, if I needed to take the car off the lot for an extended period of time by myself , because I was undecided on which vehicle or if I wanted to purchase a new one, that I could with no obligation to buy one. I ended up purchasing the 2014 Honda Accord EX-L, which I love. T paid close to what I had offered. I had great service from my salesman and others at the dealership last week and I love my new car!. more

I was looking for a van for my business, and knew Honda was a great vehicle, so we decided to get an Odyssey. I sent a request to Commonwealth Honda via email, and Paula Mattuci responded immediately. We were able to negotiate a fair price and they even beat the quote from the Chrysler dealership! We went in to the Commonwealth the following day, where we were greeted by Luis Cruz. We finalized the paperwork, and they found the exact vehicle I wanted...even my color choice. Karen Pellitier was very thourough explaining all the financial paperwork...no hidden costs!! I picked up my van yesterday, Luis explained and showed me all the features, and off I went...I LOVE the Odyssey...roomy, quiet, sleek, and has all the features I wanted. This is the 3rd vehicle I have purchased from Commonwealth Motors, and I will buy from Commonwealth again! more

In searching for a new Nissan Pathfinder, I sent out 5 requests for prices online. Most of the responses were pretty close, but Commonwealth Nissan had the lowest price. I started my dealings with Terry Benson, the Internet Sales Consultant. She was very helpful in answering my questions and getting the ball rolling. Once I went into the dealership, I met with Daniel Young. He was extremely easy to work with and very helpful every step of the way. The whole process from contacting Terry, to negotiating price and trade in, to picking up the vehicle was a total of 48 hours. And, they didn't have the color and trim that I wanted, but they were able to get it in that short time. Overall, I had an excellent experience with everyone I worked with, and I would absolutely recommend Commonwealth Motors and Daniel Young. more

I recently purchased a new 2014 Honda Accord Sport from Commonwealth Motors Honda. I had a great experience. Everyone was friendly. It had a lively and positive atmosphere. The salesman was very helpful and willing to work with me. They also gave us a tour of the service area. The transaction was a breeze and it went smoothly. They were thorough and wanted to make sure that I had a great experience dealing with them. They even sent me cookies for my purchase. Must I say, they are one of the best cookies I’ve ever had! I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking to buy a car. more

We had a great experience. We bought a pre-owned Ford Edge (went in with that specific vehicle in mind). The employees were honest, up-front, and did not pressure us. Jeff Bancroft and Jaime Dimare gave us a great price and also were very attentive our requests for touching up the paint on a small ding on the vehicle and avoiding certain numbers on the license plate for cultural reasons. We were very impressed with the kid's waiting area, which kept our 2-year-old entertained for the 2 hours at the dealer, and during the subsequent trips for additional paperwork and picking up the car. more

great car dealership 2/2/2014

I recently went to Commonwealth Volkswagen for my 40,000 mile service. The staff was very pleasant and informative of the service to be provided. The wait time was quicker than the estimate given. The waiting area is comfortable and they had donuts and coffee and TV to keep me occupied while I waited. It was an overall pleasant experience. more
